The Heiress' Return: Six Brothers at Her Beck and Call

The Heiress' Return: Six Brothers at Her Beck and Call

Most never made it out alive. The plunge from heaven to hell was a torment few could endure. Moreover, once they lost their usefulness, their captors would simply dispose of them. Aria looked ahead. "Sam, see if you can pick up any trace of blood." The incident had happened more than a month ago—any signs of violence would have faded by now. Sam sniffed the air, then shook his head. "Boss, there's too much blood here. I can't tell them apart." Aria frowned. If Sam couldn't distinguish it, the search would be even harder.

I wouldn’t bother reading. The author has dragged this out and made the storyline almost unrecognizable from what it was portrayed. Instead of focusing on the lost child and the reunion with the family they have introduced stupid plots to drag the story on- and on- and on- and on!

the storyline is amazing. Love the FL. She is strong, fierce, righteous and so unaware. Landon is amazing, so supportive and heart warming tho feel sad for him he is unappreciated. I wish Fiona the best and hope she gets true love Owen never deserved her. Love grandpa Warren and Barron. It's amazing

Craving Mr. Cane

Craving Mr. Cane

Blake looked at the team of forensics on the scene and then at me curiously. “You’re going to find her,” she concluded, drying her tears. “I’m going to turn the whole world upside down to find her.” - - - - “What the fuck is taking so long?!” I demanded. “Mr. Cane, the traces of blood found in your dog’s mouth were heavily diluted by her saliva. It’s taking time to extract the genetic material from such few…” “I don’t care! Make it happen and make it quick!”

Claimed By The Lycan Alpha

Claimed By The Lycan Alpha

Had Corina drugged her with something? The handprints grew fainter and fainter, a sign that she was healing. I was relieved but it meant we were losing her trail now that her scent was almost gone. We find a fingerprint of blood. I sniff it and confirm that it’s Elsas. My Lycans spread out, but no one could find a single drop of crimson anywhere. I had lost her. My fist hits a tree, it cracks all the way through the trunk. The tree falls through the other trees, taking out other branches on it’s way down.

The Lansing House

The Lansing House

“I don’t have to tell you that.” “Asher?” Thomas looked at him. “I don’t know either, Pops,” Asher said, with a shrug. “Sheriff Connely, you’ve known Asher his whole life. Murder?” Blair looked furious as he stood next to his father. “Sheriff! We found blood!” The crime scene technician was standing in the doorway of the shed. “I’ve got trace amounts of diluted blood on the bed of the truck as well,” the second technician said. The sheriff lowered his head and sighed. “Anything you want to say to that, Asher?”

But something about his tone made me uneasy instantly. Because he no longer sounded shocked. He sounded personal now. Like betrayal inside the company hurt him more deeply than Lydia herself ever could. One of the officers approached quickly afterward holding a folded evidence tarp carefully in his hands. “Detective,” he called out. “K-9 unit found additional traces farther north.” Fear slammed through me immediately again. “What kind of traces?” Morris asked sharply. The officer hesitated briefly before answering. “More blood,” he admitted quietly. “And tire impressions near a service road.” My chest tightened painfully afterward while panic threatened to overwhelm me all over again.

BLOODLINE

BLOODLINE

I didn't know if that was better or worse. --- The trail opened onto a ridge. Below, Ashveil sat in its valley. The maples blazing red. I found the blood twenty feet from the ridge line. Not a wound. A site. Something had happened here and been partially cleaned. The way you clean when you want to remove evidence but are working fast. Dark staining on the rock. Disturbed earth. A broken branch at the wrong angle. The kind of break that happens when weight falls rather than when wind pushes. ---

LOVING HIS CAPTIVE MAFIA

LOVING HIS CAPTIVE MAFIA

I said calling Cole near me and thought that if he’s keeping someone captive, he might’ve taken them to his dungeon and I can find some lead. “Sir, the blood samples don’t match. The blood is of more than six people.” I turned looking at the scientist and sighed in relief once again. I walked around and saw footsteps that got imprinted on the street because of blood and followed the trail, I recalled Damond was hurt and his blood can help me reach Jordan. I followed the footsteps that turned into prints like someone was dragging them and I got to know that this is from where they got abducted. “Shawn?” I yelled his name and he came running in my direction.

Omega Bound

A small vial, glass I pick it up carefully, holding it under light. A broken vial, thin, medical grade, I focus inhaling again, deeper and focused, separating the scent layered into the fabric. One is familiar, Julian the driver, cataloged dead, but there's another, sharper. I straighten slowly, clutching the broken ID in one hand and the vial in another hand. The other scent belongs to someone else, the driver didn’t act alone, speaking into the comm. “Finn, the person who rode this truck is still alive,” my fingers tighten around the evidence.

Caught in the Crossfire

"I can take a photo and check on the evidence." "Please do," I answered with a nod of my head. He took out his camera and shot a picture while I did the same. I wanted evidence in case this somehow disappeared in the black hole of the evidence chamber. The print was small, much smaller than Alessio's footprint and it gave me hope that we did have a chance of winning this case after all. I just had to pray that I could find the evidence I needed before someone managed to destroy it. I walked through the living room, taking note of where the blood trail went. Alessio was right, the trail was apparent and it followed the direction he claimed it went.

Once Rejected, Now Claimed By The Lycan King

Once Rejected, Now Claimed By The Lycan King

I felt the crowd shifting again, ready to dismiss everything. But when Jaxon reached for the third body, I stepped forward sharply. “Stop.” He paused, water already dripping from the skin onto the man’s chest. I leaned in closer, eyes narrowing at the liquid pooling on the skin. There—tiny dark particles suspended in the water, too deliberate to be coincidence. “Don’t pour on the last one,” I said firmly. “I will leave this assassin intact. His tattoo will be preserved for proper investigation—under controlled conditions, not washed away in the open courtyard.”
