He blinks rapidly, his chest heaving as he finally focuses on my face.
"You are back," I state, lowering the glass but maintaining my grip on his neck. “I’m not sure it’s an improvement.”
He drags a shaking hand over his mouth. But as his vision clears, his gaze drops from my eyes. He looks down at my chest.
