Blooded Warhammer Novels & Stories

The city awoke to red banners. They hung from half-burned towers and broken cathedrals, painted with the sigil of the Queen — a serpent biting its own tail, coiled around a bleeding sun. Her followers called themselves The Children of Bloodlight. They prayed at the ruins of embassies, lit fires beneath her name, and spoke her decrees like scripture. “Her blood was our birthright. Her fire, our redemption. The world ended, and she began.”

Dwarves, despite their small stature, are also lethal warriors. They are soaked in blood up to their shoulders. But still, they fought skilfully, fiercely and bravely; they turned out to be a good asset and force that we can count on regardless of their size. In the magical symphony of unity, we slaughtered a massive horde of remaining demons in a few hours after Ramaalen and blood witches escaped the Sanguineabyss battlefield. They left their warriors abandoned to defend themselves. Well, that is your daily dose of loyalty and camaraderie in Wengarthria. They are known for betraying and stabbing each other in their backs. The demons before us stood no chance in face-to-face combat. Another

This cannot be changed. There are no bushes or trees around - only an endless grassy sea splashing in the crimson glow of the sunset. Grass that has acquired the color of blood. What is this, a sign? Yes, it's possible. This is an endless sea, hiding a lot of events: from distant and forgotten battles to real and yet to come wars. Two huge hosts are placed against each other, two crushing forces, two different worlds that oppose each other - the empire of Iri'es'Shar of the Dark World and those who will choke on their own blood - Arahssharrs!

The battlefield was drenched in blood and smoke. The once–golden grasslands at the border between kingdoms were nothing more than charred earth, littered with the bodies of wolves, vampires, and Lycans alike. The war that never should have been had swallowed everyone whole, and its fury showed no signs of slowing.

The trees grew closer together, the crystal branches intertwining above them, creating a canopy that blocked out the sky. The whispering grew louder, and they could now make out Adelia’s voice clearly. She was calling their names, begging for help. They followed the sound until they reached a clearing, where they saw Adelia standing in the centre, surrounded by a group of shadowy figures. Russe and Reina transformed into their werewolf form again, ready for battle. They charged towards the figures, their claws slashing through the darkness. As they fought, they caught glimpses of the figures’ faces, and their blood ran cold. They were the lost souls of the forest, trapped in this realm and c

Attached to the belt were two Khopesh; U-shaped curved bladed sabers with a convex edge, one of the Khopesh was midnight blue, while the other gleamed a brilliant silver color. Hidden from any gaze, inside this golden metal exoskeleton, was a being made up of bandages, dry skin and ancient bones; He did not have eyes, in the place where they should be found, there were only a pair of red flames that burned with a slight intensity. Although impossible to recognize from the outside, what was inside was a Mummy, a mythical undead from an ancient civilization; but this was not just any kind of mummy, it was a Mummy warlord, his name was lost a long time ago, erased from any record to be forgotte

I tightened my grip on her hand, torn between the duty to protect my people and the grim reality of our limited capabilities. The courtyard was a battleground, illuminated by the flickering flames of burning buildings. Werewolves, Lycans, and halfbreeds fought for their lives, and the ground was stained with blood. My heart ached at the sight of familiar faces, brave soldiers and citizens alike, falling beneath the onslaught.

My harsh breathing withers away, and I fall slack against meaty arms. No. No… I try to kick, but my limbs don’t move. Soon enough, darkness swallows me whole. ---- ETHAN's POV I barge out of the car before it fully stops moving. The scene before me is a battlefield. A few men lie on the ground, their blood forming pools on the filthy asphalt. Others are hiding from the gunfire behind cars. But there’s nothing to hide from. More accurately, we’re late. Fvck. Laye motions for his guards to check the perimeter, and they comply with sharp nods. I remain in place, feet planted solidly on the ground, as my gaze roams the cars and the people left behind, whether alive or with their heads down.

The blood kept flowing and the ground beneath the bald-headed man is already stained with a small pool of red viscous blood. The bald-headed man felt around his left chest with his right hand, and the thick feeling of the blood staining his hand made his eyes go red with madness. Their group had been rampant for ten years, and it has been so long since he suffered a serious injury such as this. The first time he did was when their group was just starting, and they targeted a large envoy of a werewolf that is a small city lord from the White Kingdom. It has been ten years since then, and being injured so heavily makes him want to lose his mind from the fury and shame.

Crafters pushed their bodies and poured their souls in making weapons while the rest fought to the bitter end, finally pushing back the onslaught of golems. David couldn't understand what was happening, but at least the pain subsided tremendously. Without him noticing, a small smile perched itself on his face. But as quickly as it came, it went away. The war was one of two fronts: The blood Forest and the Acid swamp. The first was against animals and the second against giant-sized reptiles and insects.
