Fairy-Struck
Although, honestly, who wouldn't be afraid of a nuckelavee?
The white women, also known as baobhan-sith, were the real inspiration behind tales of vampires. They lured men to them with their beauty and then attacked with those claws; puncturing a hole in the neck of their victims, which they would drink from. I knew about their fear of horses because I had studied the baobhan. I'd studied every fairy the humans knew of, and I'd also studied their weaknesses. So, I wouldn't let them scare me. I was an extinguisher, and I'd been trained to kill them. They could smile at me all they wanted, and I would simply smile back.
