Body Check Maria Luis Mga Nobela at Kwento

She lowered her eyes to her fingertips, and lightly nodded, “Okay, I get it. I’ll cooperate with you today.” “Great!” Mia grinned smugly at Luna who had turned her head. Then she laughed, “If you perform well today, I’ll do as I said.” Maria looked out of the car window, not saying anything, but feeling a twinge of pain in her heart. Luna waited for a while. But Mia did not ask the important question. She made eye contact with Mia again. Mia gave her a nod. Then she casually asked, “Maria, Charles has been back for a while now. Be honest with me, have you slept with him?”

I spat through my teeth. What does he think he is doing? Does this man have a death wish? "Eh," He stuttered, turning his head to face me. He was nervous and so he should be. The doctor cleared his throat "Sir I need to check for any more injuries. From The skin showing I can see she has bruising to her stomach" He paused. "May I check?" He asked. I clenched my jaw but reluctantly nodded my head giving him the permission he needed. He proceeded to raise María's top up.

His eyes fell back on Maria and so did the feeling of uneasiness. "And you attempted to split her skull open before bringing her to me? Is that it?" He wasn't facing Carlos now. His face was unbelievably close to hers and his frown broke into a gentle smile, "I'm sorry, Mi amor," he took out a handkerchief and wiped her forehead. It wasn't till after she saw the patches of red that Maria realized she was bleeding. The sight of blood caused her to squirm. His eyes were doing a disgusting job looking at her, it was sickening the way he stared, taking his time to caress every part of her with his penetrating gaze. Maria almost died of cringe.

“It is just for reference Miss Santos, it may be required sooner if something were to go wrong.” ”What could possibly go wrong?” She asked getting alarmed. “Nothing will go wrong Miss Santos as long as we can cooperate-” “I am cooperating, please lead on. I want to understand why she fainted in my arms and why did she suddenly turn white as snow. Is she seriously ill?” Maria snaps. “I am not sure yet but have you been monitoring her diets, body changes, minor symptoms of weakness, or any sort of delayed breathing?” He asked. Maria felt confused about the question but answered in her best opinion.

“Maria, wake up! What’s happening?” "Maria" she shouted again. This time her eyes were half open. "Something was there in...." "Something was where?!" Isla asked, "Tell me, Maria. Something what?!" "Something....." Maria uttered and her eyes closed, and her body went limp. "Maria....." she scareamed and shook her body. She held her heartbeat to check her pulse. She was still alive! But why the hell did she faint?!

With a final nod exchanged between them, they awaited the next move in their carefully orchestrated game of power and deception. Luis's anxiety was palpable as he hurried over to Alpha Troy, his gaze fixed on the Alpha's face as he sought answers about Mara's sudden disappearance. The chaos and murmurs around them seemed distant as his concern for his stepdaughter took precedence. "Alpha Troy," Luis began, his voice tense and urgent, "have you seen Mara? Where is she? Where is my daughter?"

Maurício The day was clearing up when Luise emerged from the trees, alone and staggering down the path. Before I could say anything she looked up and saw me at the window, hurried her steps and ran into the dorm, her face changed as soon as she saw me and as far as I could tell all the alcohol she had ingested was gone. Almost twenty minutes went by and Maria didn't show up, so I decided to go there to see what happened and why she didn't run away when she had the chance.

This time she did not even doubt if the food was poisoned she seemed to be enjoying her meal, licking her chops and drinking water. "You know for a mother of a son in his late twenties you look so pretty. Will you please tell me your secret" Carlos asked squatting in front of her, she could sniff his scent and the shadow of his menacing figure cast on her caused a lot of fear. "Exercise, I was a gym instructor before the war" Maria said. Carlos let her finish the meal. Everyone has their breaking point and Maria's breaking point was around the corner. Her cooperation was going to save her a great deal of pain and torture.

Robert slides over, but his grip on my hand doesn’t fade. Maria sets her bag on the ground before spreading her hands over my body, a couple of inches away from my skin. I feel a warm, tingling sensation, and my eyes flutter shut. “Broken ribs, a bad concussion,” Maria begins to murmur. “Her wrist is badly sprained. There’s also internal bleeding.” Her hands come to a stop a few minutes later, and she looks me in the eye. “I think I might be able to heal your internal injuries, but I can’t do anything about the external ones or the concussion.”

She looked at Bryce disappointingly which made him feel worse , his hazel green eyes were all red and his face stung . "Maria I'm so glad to see you. Thank God you're here." He gave her a hug and she hugged him back she couldn't get why she was called to get to the hospital when her flight landed from Spain. What was so serious who was hurt...? Luke walked in with his scrubs looking grim "Bryce, Maria? I have news about your loved ones " His face registered shock making Bryce and Maria anxious...
