Hello to my readers! This chapter is the last chapter for LOGAN and just to warn you it's a bit longer and I don't want to split it in half because this is an epilogue. I deeply apologize and would like to say thank you for joining me on this journey with completing book 1 of The Wolfe Brothers series. See you guys in book 2! It had been a week since the incident with Heather, and I was ready to return to school, acting as if nothing had happened. The next day I treated it like any other ordinary day.

I want to thank all you lovely readers that followed this book and even paid coins to make sure you got to the end of Book 1 (which ended with the chapter before this). You all are the best and I couldn't ask for a better site on which to publish my book but GoodNovel. I have decided to continue book 2, though, under this same ‘package’ so that it'll be easier for you, dear reader, to continue with book 2 instead of searching for it. I hope this decision by me makes things easier for you all.

Sunlight sliced through the blinds of my Chicago apartment like accusatory fingers, painting gold bars across the hardwood. I woke tangled in sheets, pulse still echoing Kenji's obsidian gaze from dreams that blurred strategy and surrender. The clock read 6:14 a.m., too early for the city's growl, but something hummed wrong—air too still, shadows too sharp.

When they performed the ritual that brought me back to life, they suddenly didn't want me alive either.

Hand on the knob. The house burned behind her, slowly, elegantly. The kind of fire that didn’t destroy, only reminded you what had already been lost. She didn’t look back. Didn’t breathe. Didn’t cry. She turned the handle. The door creaked open. And behind it, There was no sky. No ground, Just a single chair. Facing away from her. Someone sat in it. Reading, A book made of bone. Their voice hummed. And the page they read out loud was Chapter 101.
