Bound by the Moon, Rejected by the Alpha

Bound by the Moon, Rejected by the Alpha

Even Brian didn’t stop nagging me until I told him I could no longer handle it. “You sound so bitter right now,” Judith said, typing in her passcode as we stopped at her door. We entered her room, and I headed straight for her bed. I expected her to protest that the bed would only make me want to sleep instead of read but she didn’t. “I’m not sounding bitter, I just don’t like the way everyone is trivializing my decision,” I said, picking the biggest book from the stack of books I left on the ground. I read from a self-help book I had once read, ‘Eat-That-Frog’, that eating your biggest frog first would make eating the smaller ones easier.

Billionaire's Pampered Wife

Billionaire's Pampered Wife

"Useless things could always be reused. I love myself a challenge." "Get lost. Birds of a feather flock together. If I really am a good-for-nothing, then you're not far from being one either. I used to be such a confident person, but you made me lose my confidence. Will you be happy when I lose my self-esteem completely?" Eli said despondently? Her self-esteem was easily crushed whenever she was in front of him. Sean knew that he had crossed the line when he saw Eli's eyes turning red. He explained helplessly, "That's why I want you by my side. I'm just too smart. With you by my side, you will slowly become smarter too."

LOVE WAVES

LOVE WAVES

Louis then look back and ask the class if they could remember him. "Low self esteem!" Everyone mutted loudly to give response to what he's delusional about. His facial expressions changes and stoop up. "Oh! That? I'm not. It never can be lively for someone every seconds. I guess I'm just down naturally. I will be fine. I will never do what I preached against." He said smiling at Mrs. Louis directly while looking her eyeball to eyeball. She held his hands and told him not to get down naturally because it's not what's good for growth in human.

Bitter–Sweet

Bitter–Sweet

You might not be Oscar but you can be a greater version of yourself. How exactly am I to that? I'm a pathetic rich boy who just looks intimidating and nothing more. I'm not even tough. Behind my quiet gazes and expressions which are indifferent, tough looks and rich kid aura due to my background, I'm nothing but a damaged kid who's a pushover. I have low self esteem and I'm worth nothing. My existence to the world is nothing. For goodness sake, even my parents find me a burden.

She’s intelligent, funny, sexy as fuck, and well everything my brothers and I could want or need. We’ll have to work on her self-esteem. I liked the story the way it is but kinda wished each guy had their own book with their own person, & not one girl for the three of them. I liked the guys personalities & their interactions with Riko. I would totally read books of the guys each finding their own person. Darius & Forrest are my favs!

Sooo refreshing to read a book about polyamory where the first half or more of the relationship(s) is NOT about partners treating each other like trash. Loved how the 4 leads actually respect, love, and support each other. Kudos to the writer for writing such loving relationships!

Marriage Contract: the Billionaire and I

Marriage Contract: the Billionaire and I

I almost brought my guards down before Nathan. I’m hoping he didn’t notice how teary my eyes got. I’m not going to allow any other person to treat me the way I have once been treated in. I’m not going to let anybody make me question my self-esteem. It took me a while to build up my confidence and I won’t let anyone bring it to the ground.

Such a great story! So many ups and downs, but I’m happy that things worked out. It would have been great to hear more about Sadie and her sister, especially after the hospital incident, but I’ll take it. Great job Author!

At Arm's length

At Arm's length

I stared at her but she still kept mute. "To be honest Sandra, you are beautiful young woman. And your boyfriend is lucky to have you. I want you to know you are priceless and you are worth more than gold. I do not want you to take those hurtful words I said the other time to heart. It is just me being a hater, a bad belle. No one can and no one shoul make you feel inferior without your consent. Eleanore Roosevelt made me realize that. And I want you to have it at the back of your mind. You are not ugly. You are beautiful, you have a perfect body shape. I want you to know that. I do not know what I did to your self esteem. But I don't want you to have a low self esteem. I do not want you to

Ikechukwu Williams
One of the most refreshing and heartwarming novels I've read. A real page turner, full of wit and humour, with very relatable characters. It successfully makes a captivating yet realistic depiction of young love within a modern Nigerian society.
Illustrious Joy
An inciting read with spurs of savory romance, humour and subtle wit. I so much love the bond between Adesewa and Kenechukwu. The writer's pen keeps brewing scintillating scenes about them that it leaves me with an insatiable urge for more chapters. Big ups to you dearie❤

Loving Mr. Vance in Silence

Loving Mr. Vance in Silence

--- At 5:00 PM, Emma sat on her couch and read. The book was about a woman who lost everything — her job, her home, her sense of self. She moved to a small town and started over. She made mistakes. She fell down. She got back up. Emma closed the book. That's me, she thought. That's exactly me. She picked up her phone. Emma: I bought another book. Nick: You're becoming a reader. Emma: I'm becoming a person. Nick: You've always been a person. Emma: I've always been your assistant. Now I'm trying to be more.

Rebirth of the Scarred Face Luna

Rebirth of the Scarred Face Luna

She commented before she slowly arched her body in a slouching curve. “And you are always narrowing down the floor.” She added. I bit my lips, her words were true, and it hurts. By looking at her right now, I feel pity for myself. If this was my posture before, then I get it now why do people always compare us to each other, even though we have the same face. “That’s why this task is important to achieve that confidence. Those books are the tools to make your posture straight.” “Watch your step!” Eyes widened when I wasn’t able to pull myself together, it was too late to balance anymore.

,he said sternly ,there was quick silence. "You are too gentle and easy that why they take you for granted. You should stand up confidently and fight for yourself, for your dreams in every concept of your life.Show them, you're not the trash they could walk on and all this start with inner courage, self-esteem, believe in oneself and strength. They won't be peace, happiness and self-respect, when you allow people to walk on you .Do you get that now" he scolded loudly. "Yes Sir and Thank you " she replied meekly.
