And the new security guard—his presence had set me on edge from the moment he arrived. “Let’s try not to overthink it,” Darcy said, though her voice lacked conviction. “Yeah,” I agreed, standing up. “Let me grab my things, and I’ll be right back.” I returned to my room, my unease growing with every step. As I entered, I noticed something was off. My drawer was slightly ajar, and my Kindle was open to a page I hadn’t been reading. My heart skipped a beat as I read the title on the screen: *The Death of You.*

she said, trying to get it. “I'm going to see what was making you ignore me. What was so intriguing in the book that had you so entranced,” he said. “Not a chance in hell,” she said, trying to grab the Kindle again. Lee opened the screen, reading directly from the screen. “He held me close, his eight legs wrapping around me. My feline strength had finally worn him down. I felt his cocks stir below me—” Nora grabbed the Kindle away from him, finally. “Oh my goodness. It's my turn to act shocked. What the hell are you reading? Some freak show of erotica?”

“Tell me about it. Okay?” She pressed her lips and shook her head. “Take your time, baby.” He said softly. “Take your time.” He took his tablet and showed it to her. “I bought this because I think I needed it. Then, I got busy with work and I have a working tablet. I wanted to read novels from here and bring them everywhere but it didn’t happen.” He told her as she giggled. He showed her a lot of novels that he bought through an ebook. She looked happy as she couldn’t wait to start reading.

“Bookstores. I saw that there are 4 around here. I want to go to all of them.” Vlad seems to be caught off guard. “Wow, do they still exist? We're in the digital age. Isn't it easier to buy a Kindle?”, Vlad looks at me as if I were outdated, and what if I am? “I can guarantee you that a screen won't give off a unique scent of pages with each turn”, I gesture, imitating a page turn. “If it's going to help you in any way, I'll take you.” I tuck a strand of hair behind my ear.

However, there is a possibility that the chapters of this book in your Library might yet be updated. So here is what you can do: 1. Remove/Delete this book from your Library 2. Re-add it back to your Library and the chapters should be in the correct order/updated. Secondly, this author also is aware that some of you are New Readers (those who have not read Taming The Wild Alpha - Book 1 or Mad Wolf - Book 2) and might be confused with the chapters that have been published thus far. If you do, please drop a note in the comments.

she handed the book back to me as if to rid herself of it. "It's stupid. Everyone has a different journey on this Earth so the advice that's listed it's useless," I found myself trying to put the book back on the shelf but I still couldn't reach. "Ren honey, put the book on there," there was this silver rectangular prism that stood right below my waist. I placed the book on its surface and it immediately vanished from the platform.

Maybe I could sneak in some reading time while in bed when I woke up and before he kicked me out. As I stood up, Kain led me upstairs and said, “are you enjoying it that much?” “Oh, yes!” I replied happily. “It’s one of the few books I can never get a hold of because it is out of print and so expensive to buy these days!” I commented, almost sadly. Kain made a low, humming sound before saying, “then you may keep it. It is the first edition, so I assume it will net you a lot of money.”
