Books I Want To Read Romane & Geschichten

No one has found the bodies yet, though, so theres still a lingering hope out there that they're alive. I sigh as I crawl under the thick quilt, flicking on the lamo beside me as I pull out my latest find at Barnes and Nobels: The Winter Garden by the famous Kristin Hannah. This woman's books are truly amazing. Then, after an hour long reading session, I find my eyes beginning to shut against my will, so I set down the book on the bedside table and shut off the lamp. ~ The next morning...

And well, it expanded from there. I refuse to give in to the game's allure tonight and instead walk to my bookshelf for a happy read. My favorite worn titles stare back at me. There's a little something for everyone, from The Alchemist to pure smut romance, but I'm not pulled in. Hollywood turns every series I like into a movie anyway. I can wait it out.

Permit me to say this but I don't think I will regret staying here…. The book clearly covered my face as I tried to find my way through an empty desk. Florida could only laugh at my silly attitude. She just won't understand so I laughed along with her. Dropping down the books, I heaved in relief. "Fifty Shades Of Grey," I read out, caressing the book cover. I'm definitely reading all these. "Shannara Chronicles," “Game of thrones,” "Beautiful Disaster," "wow…..this is really amazing," I exclaimed, reading the title of each book I grabbed.

I think I would be okay even if I don't eat, as long as I can buy a book. I immediately went to the classic books section. These books are expensive because there are only a few copies left of them... I bit my lower lip and immediately took the book The Catcher in the Rye. I've wanted to buy this for a long time. I've already read it in an ebook. But I still want a physical copy. I looked at Luca and showed him the book. "Let's pay for it now." Luca's forehead creased. "Is that all you want?"

People just exaggerate about the existence of these creatures until now, which would be just ridiculous if I were to be asked. I scanned through more books. Though I'm not an avid reader, seeing all these books in front of me, I couldn't help but want to read them all. They all seemed to hold some kind of history that I just feel interested in. This is a first for me, though because I prefer reading about celebrities rather than reading about some fairy tales and history which are not proven to be true. I was so immersed, going through the books, that I did not notice when someone stood behind me.

In my case, I read them carefully and dramatically, line by line, including the footnotes and reader's reviews, and I still end up binge-reading more than ten until the evening. I borrow Alex's bicycle and pedal downtown to check out the library stores I have been eyeing on the past days. There are two bookstores I have been seeing so far, and I will be more than glad if they have interesting non-fiction books to offer. I think I am craving of history and social knowledge these days.

I looked down at the stack of books on the table, my fingers brushing across their covers. My hand paused on a novel about love, identity and societal expectations. This book will give them a glimpse of what I passed through during my absence. I smiled softly. “How about this one?” Brent groaned. “Oh no, not another depressing tragedy. Can’t we read something with a hopeful romance?”
