She had to be quick so she could still attend her next class even though she would be late. She had no time to go to the library later when her classes ended because of their daily rehearsals in cheerleading. She did not notice that Kent was spying on her inside the library. He just followed her but hid himself behind a bookshelf next to the one she was checking at.

Eleanor was fond of reading books that were for Silas. And I was fond of listening to her talk about those books. The books that were for consorts differ from the books that were for Alphas. They had certain lessons and topics that we just didn’t have in our curriculum. From what I heard from Eleanor, their books were almost all about History, Politics, Governance, and Science. They had literature, but it wasn’t much. They don’t even have books on manners and etiquette. For us consorts, it was different. Our books and our lessons did have other subjects in them, but I could tell that it wasn’t that seriously taught. They were more focused on lessons that didn’t involve much thinking.

The questions were asked out of genuine curiosity, not the dire need to humiliate her. All eyes were still on Roxanne as she answered, but she suddenly didn't feel so self aware anymore. There was a warm feeling that the woman's smile gave her, and Roxanne appreciated it. "Mostly classical literature and crime thrillers." Eloise appluaded her, a satisfied look glittered in her grey eyes.

She looked up at the other shelves if she could find some more interesting books when she found the book of “Zalmoxis.” She took it and she blinked when her heart started to pound so hard and so fast. She felt the book vibrated at her touch. She ran her tongue across her lips and looked for a table where she could sit down and scan it. She skimmed its pages while Kent followed her with a bouquet of flowers hidden behind his back. He smiled and stretched out his hand with the flowers near Elise’s face.

She asked and the boy let out a little laugh, Elle quickly realized what she said and the embarrassment kicked in"I mean.. what was your question again?" The boy just chuckled again and repeated the question "do you need any help around the library?" "No, I'm quite used to this place but if I do, i won't hesitate to call you" she said and walked away embarrassed "Such a cutie" the boy muttered and walked away "Ugh!! Kill me now just kill me" Elle muttered to herself as she went in search of the books she wanted, she moved into the fantasy/paranormal section, she walked around for sometime before she came across a book that said "Aether world"

**Elizabeth's POV** * I waited for Brandon's rant and scolding, but he did not do it. He just fished a few books out of the drawer, tossed them to me, and went back to sleep. I took several deep breaths before I picked up the books. They were not textbooks. They were obviously checked out from the library. Not everyone has the right to enter the library. Because many books in the library are confidential. And the three books Brandon gave me were World Geography, Warrior Combat Skills, and Medicine Encyclopedia.
