In terms of being a schemer, the villain also wins. In terms of being cruel and merciless? It's the villain who wins. Besides that, the villain is also the head of the clan, one of the most feared by the others to the point that if they heard his name, they would subconsciously shiver. Even though they know that the villain was disabled, they didn't easily laugh or mock him for being so because those who laugh at him and mock him for his disability met a cruel end.
