The Royal Triplets

The Royal Triplets

I sit up a little more in the bed, take a deep breath and whisper, “My Bloodline's Book of Power, My bloodline's book of spells. I call you to me.” I smile as my bloodline's book of shadows appears on my lap. I open the cover and slide my hand over the first page. I take a deep breath in and close my eyes, letting my magick blend with the book. As soon as I lift my hand, the pages start to flicker, knowing what I need and not stopping until it reaches the spell incarnation I need.

Sinful Whispers: A Collection of Forbidden Tales

Sinful Whispers: A Collection of Forbidden Tales

He dragged two fingers through the mess between my legs, brought them to my mouth, and pushed them past my lips. “Taste it.” I did. Salt and him and me. He watched while I sucked his fingers clean. We barely rested. He got hard again while still touching me. I was reaching for him, ready to take him back in my mouth, when the knock came. Three hard knocks on the front door. We both froze. Elias’s eyes met mine. “Ignore it.” Another knock, louder. Then my brother’s voice, muffled through the door. “Elias? You home? I brought the beer I promised. Open up.”

THE LIE

THE LIE

The physical discomfort of the boiling water mixed with the icy stillness of the spiritual realm. She could feel something shifting inside him, like an ancient energy waking up, almost as if the spirits Baba had summoned were stirring within her own soul. Written by Peter's Gracious Suddenly, Baba stopped chanting and opened his eyes, which gleamed with an intense, otherworldly light. He reached into the pot with his bare hands, seemingly unaffected by the boiling heat. His fingers found Ogadima's shoulders, gripping them tightly. "Awaken," he whispered, his voice barely above a hiss. "Accept the spirits who now reside within you, the power that will be yours if you surrender."

The Irritable Demon Is My Boss

The Irritable Demon Is My Boss

Her ears pricked slightly to hear what was behind her. When the spirit was about to speak, the prayer ended at the same time. Another chill came with an indescribable pressure. The spirits present were suddenly silent. They lowered their faces in fear and disappeared. Roxanne frowned at this strange phenomenon. However, she felt more uncomfortable and her chest was compressed even though there was no soul present. "OK. We have successfully invoked the spirit. What do you want to ask?” The host spoke, interrupting Roxanne's train of thought.

She nodded. “The book of enchantment is our last resort. Teach me how to do magic.” We stood up and grabbed the book. The writings were unfamiliar to me, but Niah can read them. She scanned the book to find a spell that would help me see evil spirits. “Here it is,” she said, and glued her eyes to the middle page. “In order to make this work, close your eyes and chant the spell inside your mind. But you have to remain focused. It will not be easy,” she added.

What should I say about this story? It's just awesome. It got a good plot and appears promising. Author has done an awesome job in depicting the emotions portrayed by the characters n fantasy world build up. I usually don't read fantasy genre, but this one caught my eyes. Kudos to the author .........

Fated To The Ruthless Alpha King

Fated To The Ruthless Alpha King

“How do we begin the ritual?” “We create a spiritual square with salt and holy water in the physical, and then we summon the spirit into it to begin the banishment.” With the solution she’d given, Walden only found problem with one word there; summon. He’d never called the spirit that troubled him before. It always came whenever it wanted. “Summoning the spirit? Do you think I will be able to do that?” “It depends. The spirit can only be summoned by someone with whom it had a strong relationship with while still alive. Were you such a person?”

Creatures of THE Night

Creatures of THE Night

I tasted his power and consumed it for myself. This morning, I felt chewed up and spat out. The pain in my ribs came back, throbbing an incessant beat I hated. I stared down at my book, gazing at a section describing how to invoke a demon. Mainly a bunch of chanting. Inclement weather projects the speaker's wishes louder than during clear weather. Therefore making it more likely to hear a reply. Next, I read a disclaimer warning against calling forward a Prince of Hell and how incredibly risky it was.

THE REFLECTION GAME

THE REFLECTION GAME

The tension in the room was palpable, but Evelyn’s chants grew louder, silencing any further argument. Calling the Seven Realms Evelyn drew a deep breath as she prepared to call on the seven realms of immortals. The ritual required precision, as any misstep could lead to disastrous consequences. She placed her hands on the book, its surface warm and pulsating with an unnatural energy. She spoke in a language older than time itself, the words rolling off her tongue like a song. “O spirits of the ancient, O guardians of the seven realms, hear my plea,” she intoned. “My blood, my kin, are trapped in the shadows of the underworld. I call upon your power to guide them, protect them, and grant the

Bankrupting the Alpha: Crowned by the Dragon King

Hunter crossed his arms tightly. “So the psychotic void exile potentially has access to the spirit world now.” “When you say it like that, it sounds bad,” Chaos muttered. Hunter stared at him flatly. “It is bad.” Queen Genoviva looked deeply troubled. “The spirit realm is unstable enough already.” I frowned slightly. “What does the book do?” Order answered immediately. “It contains ancient transition rituals.” Cold spread through me instantly. Transition. Transformation. Ascension. Power transfer. The possibilities hit all at once. Chaos looked furious now.

Touch me tender, Break me wild: A Steamy Compilation

Touch me tender, Break me wild: A Steamy Compilation

She pushed that down deep, sipping from stored bags in the fridge. Rain hammered the windows that Tuesday night. Lydia sat at her desk, sorting through a box of new books. One caught her eye: Spirits of the Wild: Bindings and Releases. The cover was cracked leather, smelling like dirt and old forests. She flipped it open, her fingers brushing over faded words in some ancient tongue. "Just a peek," she told herself. Curiosity burned in her chest. She read the spell aloud, soft and quick, like testing a locked door. The air changed. It got heavy, like before a storm. Candles on the shelves flickered wild, shadows dancing on the walls. A rumble started low, from the book itself. Lydia's hands s
