The Teacher's Obsession

The Teacher's Obsession

I blurt out, quickly turning and walking away before he can say anything. It takes a few deep breaths for me to calm down. Only when I get into my car and start the engine do I finally relax. What a prick. He's my teacher, for crying out loud. He shouldn't be using that dangerous tone. He should just teach the class—preferably without being such an ass about it. I glance at the book lying on the passenger seat, trying to smooth out the crease on the cover. It’s permanent, of course. Great start to tutoring.

This book is truly exceptional. I found it to be a compelling read throughout. I strongly recommend adding it to your reading list, as its value is undeniable. It stands as my top choice among my top five books.

One of the best books I’ve read in a long time. Their chemistry is off the charts, their dynamic is to die for. Not a single moment of boredom to be had. It’s one of those books you wish would never end, but sadly, does. It’s also one I’ll definitely come back to re-read!! You won’t be disappointed.

Teach Me How To Love

Teach Me How To Love

Every student must have gone through their own classrooms for the day, and they were listening to their own teachers too. Justin finally did a whole page full of the letters while Marian clapped through the board. Justin smiled through her too as he listened once again through the fourth letter. Justin wanted to remember this day too, where they were once been a student and a teacher relationship while he battled out for his disorder once again. He glanced through the board while doing the thing once again through his notebook. Marian smiled also as she saw that Justin was doing all right with the one she lectured upon.

Awesome nd quite touching. Starting from the first chapter it builds up the curiosity like... "Hmm.. what's going on? what father did? Why these kids are discussing about him?" And with these questions you start digging deeper in the book. (Sorry Author will kill me if I spoil further.)

This is soooo great! I love the concept of the story on how Justin will meet Marian who will change his entire life and teach him how to love. I also love how the writer made the hero have a disability( discalculia) which made his character more effective ❤❤❤

Trying To Resist

Trying To Resist

Foremost fragment of life lies in college life. Lifetime essence we gained in college. Humanity and maturity both enter on a selfsame timepiece. It's not like you are not allowed but it's us who don't want to be stressed afresh after covering the stress of entrance. So as we already had the blueprint, why we vanished our olden time. I thought a little about my studies till it didn't come on the semester test. Teachers and student relationships never lie on the same line. Teachers' ideology remains till marks and attendance.

The Road To Abuja

The Road To Abuja

’ Hmmm, trust me I’m justing getting started… That weekend was wonderful. I woke up the next monday morning refreshed and energized. I went to work and had a class that day. It Zainab’s class. During lectures, I noticed she was not concentrating. She was busy gisting with her friends, something she never did before. **Can you imagine???**. This is what happen most times when you have a student – ‘lecturer’ relationship. In the past, I had never had anything to do with female students I taught. **I no even come know wetin dey wori me now…**

Domineering Billionaire Husband: Please Love Me Gently

Domineering Billionaire Husband: Please Love Me Gently

Nathan lit a cigar and asked, “Can you elaborate on that? On what it means to cooperate with you? By that, I mean, what are your expectations of me?” Mr. Ford sighed and said, “The school frowns upon relationships between teachers and students. If that wasn’t obvious before, it should be now. If you need a girlfriend, I can introduce you to plenty of girls. You can choose whichever one you want. You don’t have to ruin your career over a student.” At this point, Tiffany pretended to cough. Nathan flicked the ash off his cigarette and said, “What if I said that I don’t want anybody but her?”

I Stopped Saving My Students

I Stopped Saving My Students

With graduation three months away, the seniors in my advising cohort still hadn't finished the internship credits they needed. I talked my father into taking all of them at Morgan Components: three thousand a month after tax, free room and board, weekends off. Brooke Hayes, our senior class president, was the first to object. "Three thousand? That's what you throw at a panhandler. Everyone, I've already found us placements. Eighteen thousand a month. They sign off on the paperwork after thirty days, and the company's flying us overseas on top of it." I told them it had every mark of a recruitment trap, and I called their parents. Brooke turned the whole cohort against me. They said I'd us
