Omega Unleashed

Omega Unleashed

It was a large hall and it was filled to the brim with books and paintings of different kinds. Chandeliers fit into the ceiling were the only sources of light in the whole room. I browsed the bookshelves, my eyes widening as I caught sight of a book about how to permanently trap a werewolf in their animal form. I’d barely put that one down before I noticed another that was about how to hunt and kill werewolves with abilities. “How come I’ve never heard about books like this?” I asked. “Are any of these even legal?” He chuckled lightly, “they’re called secrets for a reason Luna. And that’s why they are locked up in here.

Never Ending 17

Never Ending 17

Giving her aunt a nod as she walked past her. Layla could finally focus on what she came to the library for, although at the back of her mind she wished Nelle could stay longer. She sat down at one of the tables and scanned the books cover. It was covered in worn midnight-blue leather and had no title, though, it was covered in intricate golden designs that glimmered under the light. * buzz – buzz * “Just when I was about to start reading it, great.” Scoffed Layla as she grew weary.

Forced Marriage with the Mafia King

Forced Marriage with the Mafia King

The air is thick with the musty scent of paper and knowledge, and the gentle hum of whispered conversations and rustling pages creates a soothing background noise. The shelves themselves are a marvel, towering above him like sentinels of wisdom. Books of every shape and size are stacked neatly, their covers a riot of colors and fonts, each one beckoning him to explore its contents. The spines of the books seem to whisper secrets, their titles and authors a testament to the vast expanse of human knowledge and creativity.

Bookworm Little.

Bookworm Little.

Kennedy POV. The weather was bad, but I needed to get that new book, it's Robert birthday gift, who'd knew a grown up man would kill for the newest werewolf love book. I got into my car, drove carefully toward the local book store, they had the new book reserved for me. It was supposed to one quick drive, until I walked into the library. A girl was sitting on a bean bag, her blond hair was covering her eyes with overgrown bangs, she tried to huff them away from her face but to no use. She looked young, maybe she's just here with her parents, looking down at the book she had in her hands it was a kids story. Does she read for the local kids? Or is it just for her?

Light And Night

Light And Night

It seemed he knew something when Noah said the word “Starlight” On the other hand, Lux was trying to calm down and took a deep breath. The blonde-haired girl had a faint smile on her face, “Huft … looks like I have to use that. Like it or not, I have to do it in an emergency like this. In fact, I really don't want to use it because the side effects are quite troublesome.” Lux who showed a calm expression and she suddenly smiled faintly, it made the man who attacked her feel that something was strange.

THE LUNA HE NEVER WANTED

THE LUNA HE NEVER WANTED

Using my torchlight, I scanned several shelves for book titles that'll hint about prophecies or true mate. The deeper I stepped into the library, the eerily silent the place seemed. I rubbed my arms, regretting my choice of outfit for this escapade. Note for next time: Flowing gala gowns are not suitable for sneaking out. Then I saw it. A big heavy looking book with dark cover. It sat on a stool, dust covering every inch of the surface. It wouldn't hurt to check it out. After minutes of turning and skimming several pages, I finally found it.

I read this book in like 2 days. it's definitely worth the read, some of the scenarios were drawn out a little longer than I personally would have liked but the characters are well defined, lots of character growth and a wonderful ending

His Regret, The Crown's Claim

His Regret, The Crown's Claim

The cover was a mottled, grayish-brown, and it felt heavy, as if it were weighted with lead or ancient secrets. As I pulled it into the dim light of the nearest reading lamp, I felt a connection so powerful it made my stomach flip. The heat at my neck flared, the silver light illuminating the dust motes dancing in the air. This book wasn't meant for the Council. It wasn't meant for the King. It was meant for me. My breath hitched as I placed it on the reading table. The cover seemed to pulse under my palm. With trembling fingers, I turned the first page.

A Goddess Gifted by Fate

A Goddess Gifted by Fate

I got up from the bed and walked around the room, still no pain, how weird. I noticed the bookshelf and decided to take a look. There were so many books, some with older worn covers and others a bit more newer looking. I picked up a small red book and read the cover ‘A Lycanthropy Reader; WEREWOLVES IN WESTERN CULTURE’. I flicked through the pages and put it back on the shelf, a little too intense for some early morning reading. I picked up another one and read the cover, ‘The Garden of Eden’ by Ernest Hemingway. Not what I expected from a teenage werewolf soon-to-be-Alpha. I put it back and my eyes fell on a really older looking book. I pulled it out and it was big and very heavy. It looked

But she… didn’t flinch. Lena walked over to a little table display and picked up a thin, cloth-bound book. She walked over to him, holding it out like an offering. *The Quiet Between Lightning Strikes.* A poetry book. The cover was old and nubbly, the title scribbled in fine silver ink. Julian stared at it like it was an alien thing. "What's this?" "A book," she said, smiling. "I told you. I don't—"

His Doctor Luna

His Doctor Luna

I couldn’t blame those whose feelings for me were complicated, but I could certainly avoid them. I was holed up in the library enjoying a cup of dandelion tea. In my research I had come across accounts of waking dormant wolves, but most of them sounded more like exorcising the devil out of someone than helping them bring back their power. A shadow loomed over my book as someone came up behind my chair. “A little light reading?” I tilted my head directly up to look into his face. “Just some research,” I said. I closed the book and placed it on the table. The cover was illustrated with a group of people in a circle surrounding a wolf floating in the air. The full moon was slightly embossed wit
