Ariel hurried towards where he was, and he was holding the book in his hands. “I have found it, Luna.” He was smiling brightly as he produced the book and handed it to her. Ariel held the book carefully as she walked over to a table nearby, and she placed the book on the table gently. Her life literally depended on it, and she wouldn’t allow any harm to come to it. A thin layer of dust covered the hard bind—a velvety brown color that had begun to fade, but none of that concerned her. ‘The Legend of the Moonlight Pack’ was boldly written on the cover, and Ariel opened the book, holding her breath unconsciously.

I'm so much obsessed with the moonlight, the sacred place where they pray,” he said, letting out a sigh.

They looked normal, but they were slightly different from the ones I had bought. They were more shiny and sleek, as if they were new. Could it be? “What is it?” Sheba asked curiously, following my gaze. “The lights,” I said quietly, pointing at the light bulbs. “They look different from the ones we had before. Maybe he changed them and hid something inside.”

The room was silent, towering shelves filled the room. Tall shelves filled with a variety of books. From thin books to those that are as thick as cardboard, there are also books on the shelf. From a simple dark brown book, it became light brown with a green diamond on each side and an aqua blue crystal in the middle. I first checked to see if anyone was there and when I saw no one I opened it. It shone again but he was not as light as before just so I could see the light. The light is blue and has a three-circle design that looks like a ritual. I do not understand the designs inside the circles. Eventually, the light disappeared and I read what was on the first page. 'UNTOLD SECRETS' I immediately took it and put it inside my bag in my dorm just to read it.

Surprisingly, I don't find the idea disturbing. Feeling boredom as it sets in quickly, I make my way over to the bookshelf. I start to peruse the titles and am shocked at what I find. I see the House of Night Series, The Twilight Series, Forbidden Knowledge, Harry Potter Trilogy, and various books on Military Protocols all with black covers. The books are all in good condition too. Not interested in any of the military books I reach for the first book in the House of Night Series. As I take the book over to the couch to settle in, the door swings open.
