ALPHA KING OF DEMONS

ALPHA KING OF DEMONS

"It's Alexander, thank you. You may proceed." "So, according to the book which I told you about. It's called the Galaxus. It was compiled by ancient idols and spirits and poltergeists and many more. We had from Jove, Poseidon, and damn, I even got from the goddess of wisdom, Athene..." "Just cut to the chase, will you?"

Through Love and Instinct

Through Love and Instinct

I can see her eyes moving as she is flipping and scanning the pages of the book, 'Lycaea' that I had purchased at a greek-myths-inspired store near the neighborhood. Lycaea is a book about the ancient beings; werewolves or lycanthropes. What they are, where they come from, how did they come to life, birth and death. Merely just everything about them. The book has this weird carvings in the interface, almost as if it was carved out straight from a leather. The name Priam could be seen at the spine of the book. I wonder if it was the author of Lycaea. Aside from that name, nothing is carved aside from the design the outer cover of the book has. "You even bought a book huh?" she added, smirking

The Baron's Cold Proposal

The Baron's Cold Proposal

It felt a perfect fit and he had slept every night holding her in that position, nestled together. Felix also taught Athena further on Roman and Greek mythology, including pointing out the different types of nymphs that were sneakily hidden in and amongst the mosaics depicting friendly woodland scenes. These were beings who lived to tease and manipulate humans and gods, sometimes falling in love with them, sometimes chasing them to the ends of the earth to capture the man they wanted.

A wonderful story full of characters you love to love and ĺove to hate. I echo the sentiments around the ending but I'm relieved at the lack if true redemption arc (told you - characters you love to hate!)

Warning ends with a .... cliffhanger with no sequel. Great book overall by a talented author. I recommend it, and the cliffhanger doesn't ruin the book. It honestly do with a round of editing for character names being mixed up. This is one of the author's earlier books and is worth the read!

The Game of Heavens and Earth

The Game of Heavens and Earth

Geno K. Celdran
“My friends, our journey is long. Let’s save this for another day, would everyone agree?” After a pondering pause, all heads nodded in agreement. “Now, I have a story to tell.” He scooped a blue powder and tossed it into the bonfire. “Once upon a time….” The flame burst again, but this time, fiery images of animals, humans, and landscapes appeared. From the Greek heroes like Perseus and Jason, the adventures of Thor and Loki, and to the African spider god, Anansi, which was our first time hearing it, every story he told was brought to life by the flame.

Cthulhu Mythos In Cultivation World

Cthulhu Mythos In Cultivation World

Now it seems not to be the case. Thinking through her, she begins to tell her good friends about what Olympian gods might have. “Well… According to the legend. I know that they should have many monsters and beasts in control. Also… they should have a lot of goodies such as The Golden Fleece, Golden Apple, Aegis, Achilles Armor Etc.” Aurelia tries to list the artifact from the Greek Myth then she notices that it’s quite a long list so she brings out a tablet from her storage ring and starts to type all the lists as much as she could think of along with their abilities.

Hale Academy: University of Sui Generis

Hale Academy: University of Sui Generis

John asked as he stood up from where he’d been writing something on the floor, with chalk. “Rare, but then again rarer still are the demons and gods”, she muttered, “The common supreme beings happen to be chimeras, Kitsune, Hydras, Medusa, Kraken, a lot of nymphs and sirens, a lot of Greek mythologies if I had to be pedantic. Oh! Your homeroom teacher Mr. Edwards is a Leviathan, and his wife is a siren I think, we’ve had the first werewolf too; The Beast of Gévaudan and Fenrirs too, a Minotaur and Basilisks. I personally have known three different Basilisks”, she listed as she tried to recall the different Ascendants she’d met. “I thought if one existed, another Ascendant of the same kind co

The Pack's Secret Keeper

The Pack's Secret Keeper

It was unheard of, unimaginable, and no one was sure what the outcome of the action would be. Aislen, however, was less concerned with the present than she was with the past that flashed through her mind as Heath growled down at her. She saw it as clearly as if she had stood in the room at the time: a slap knocking a woman back, a man’s shadow pulled long across the floor and wall by an upended light and the woman, pressed into the corner, her hands over her face as the man who owned the shadow slowly dragged his belt out his trouser loops. The woman’s fearful breath was overloud, competing with the gameshow that played on the TV in the background… “Which of the following is a deity which me

Like the book but always find it a pity that stories on these apps end with rape & abuse victims forgiving and forgetting (basically: with a simple sorry and a few tears) what abusers did to them. She has lifelong trauma and probably Stockholm Syndrome but no actual justice for this poor girl.

Ok so this book is… SO GOOD! The writing is on point with very little errors. The storyline keeps you glued to the pages. The past to present is different, sometimes I just want a few chapters where it’s not going back and forth. I love the characters growth of Aislen, and now the boys. Must read!

Omega (Book 1)

Omega (Book 1)

This book is dedicated to Bukade—my awesome friend who's helped me very very much in the creation of this book, and Favour Edem, too—my first love, for taking her time to explain stuffs about Werewolves, and Vamps, and Witches to me. For all those looking into my book, Omega, which by the way is entering the ‘Mate the Alpha’ contest, I am quite optimistic that this book will be worth your time and you will enjoy every bit of it. ❤️

Alpha of Gods

Alpha of Gods

“Your grandmother told me that she wanted to keep you. She planned to care for you as long as she could. She was afraid though that she wouldn’t live much longer, and she didn’t want you to grow up in an orphanage. Since Zeus knew about you, and the guardians told her you should be sent to Olympus, your grandmother asked me if I could take you. I had to promise that I would protect you at all costs before she would let you come. I didn’t know how to care for a child, but I was determined to give it my best shot. Hellen tearfully placed you in my arms before she walked out the doors of your parent’s cottage for the last time. I assured her that I would take care of the bodies of your parents

Oracles of the Moon Goddess

Oracles of the Moon Goddess

“What?” “Yes sir. Apparently, we are her oracles. She made it so I can draw the scene.” I said holding up the drawing pad. “And Liz sees the whole picture as like a video of sorts.” “I never dreamed I’d be alive to see an oracle of the Moon Goddess!” Alpha James exclaimed. “So, you believe us?” Liz asked. “Of course, I do! There are many books that tell of different oracles through the ages and how coveted they are. We cannot let anyone know about you two.”
