The Intern Accused Me of Stealing, So I Took Everything

The Intern Accused Me of Stealing, So I Took Everything

For three years, I’d used my family’s connections to bring the company hundreds of millions in revenue. But at the quarterly meeting, the new intern stood before everyone, displaying my attendance and expense reports, and accused me of “unexcused absences” and “squandering company funds.” “These high-end clubs, these restaurants…” she declared, her voice ringing with self-righteousness. “She spends thousands of dollars every time! These are completely unnecessary expenses.” “I strongly advise the CEO to fire her immediately and save the company’s cash flow.” I glanced at Claude, the CEO. My old classmate. He knew exactly how much revenue each of those meetings generated. He also knew that when I wasn't in the office, I was at some bar, negotiating with investors, sometimes drinking until my stomach turned. But he just stared at me coldly. “Caroline, what’s your explanation for the absences and expenses Lia has presented?” I smiled. “I have nothing to explain.” They would all learn, very soon, the consequences of this little stunt.

Good-For-Nothing Husband

Good-For-Nothing Husband

He ran a hand through his hair and exhaled slowly. “Celeste, you know Isabella has been sick for years.” “Yes, I know,” I said bitterly. “I know because you remind me every single day.” He ignored the edge in my voice. “She’s not getting better. The doctors said she probably has a year left.” I swallowed hard. “And how does that concern me?” “She has one last wish,” he said quietly. “She wants to get married before she dies.” He wants to divorce me and remarry me after a year, but that’s nonsense! I’m tired of this marriage. This divorce isn’t a joke to me; I’m taking it seriously.

After My Miscarriage, the Don Lost Everything

After My Miscarriage, the Don Lost Everything

I am the lawfully wedded wife of Don Jones—the Donna of the Jones Family—and the founding CEO of his medical empire. I stood by Vincent's side as we built it up from a two-room surgical clinic into the crown jewel of European private healthcare. Then, in my eighth month of pregnancy, dying on the operating table, Vincent pulled every surgeon out of my maternity ward for the sake of his mistress. He killed our child with his own hands. He stripped me of the right to ever be a mother. He thought I was a homeless orphan with nowhere to go. He had no idea I was the sole blood heir of the Belmonte Family. After the divorce, I came home to command a global medical empire. He knelt and begged. I watched, cold-eyed, as he fell into hell.

My Boyfriend Shot to Fame by Forging a Painting of Me Wearing Nothing

My Boyfriend Shot to Fame by Forging a Painting of Me Wearing Nothing

My boyfriend said that art held no restrictions, so he used my provocative paintings to enter a competition. Amidst a row of classic ceramic figurines, I became famous. He shot to fame, landing in the top ten of trending searches, while I was humiliated by the entire internet and mocked as a “ceramic influencer.” When I confronted him, he looked at me with disappointment. “They don’t understand art, and neither do you? I thought you would support my work, but I didn’t expect you to stir trouble! You’re so immature!”

THE ARRANGEMENT: FORBIDDEN THINGS ALWAYS TASTE SO GOOD

THE ARRANGEMENT: FORBIDDEN THINGS ALWAYS TASTE SO GOOD

Some lines aren't meant to be crossed. We cross them anyway. A struggling artist signs a contract to become a billionaire's live-in muse, in exchange for her to surrender her body, and even her soul. A college student watches his best friend's father through the window. The father watches back. And puts on a show. A therapist knows every trigger point of his patient's body. Late-night sessions become something far less professional. A man confesses his darkest desires to a priest who's bound by vows to only listen. The priest's restraint shatters. A photographer's lens captures more than boudoir photos. Eventually, he puts down the camera. Two stepbrothers' best friends steal moments in a house full of people who can't know. The risk makes it hotter. A student loses a dare and brings a vibrator to her strictest professor's class. He hacks it. Control it and own her. Two rival lawyers hate each other in court. In hotel rooms, they work out their aggression the only way that satisfies. This isn't romance. This is an obsession collection not for the faint hearted. GET WET. GET WILD. GET LOST IN THE FORBIDDEN.

My Stepbrother Divorced Me—and Lost Everything.

My Stepbrother Divorced Me—and Lost Everything.

“Sign it!” Marcus didn’t even look at me when he tossed the divorce papers onto the bed—not at the husband he had lived with for two years, not at the man he pulled from a collapsing life, not at the man who the world was against marrying. He only said, “He’s back,” and that was enough to end everything. So I signed the papers, regretting knowing the man who taught me what it felt like to be wanted again and walked out of the mansion we once shared. A year later, the headlines screamed the unthinkable: CEO of Hale Enterprises, Marcus Hale, Loses Everything. I realized it was the perfect time to exert my revenge on him. But I didn’t expect to find my stepbrother on his knees, broken, desperate, and still looking at me like I’m the only thing he has left. Then a message appears on my phone:Do you want to know the truth about your mother’s death? Now I’m trapped between the past I ran from and a man I swore I would never forgive. As secrets surface, lies unravel, and desire refuses to die, I realize this divorce was never the end. It was the beginning. And this time, my stepbrother will regret choosing anyone.

Patented Revenge: Giving Her Brother Everything

Patented Revenge: Giving Her Brother Everything

Tristan Moore, the low-income student whom my wife, Yvonne Zeller, has been sponsoring, tells her that he wishes to repay her for her benevolence. So, they end up spending long hours of passion in my laboratory. Because of that, the fluids they've left behind have tainted my experimental samples. On top of that, Tristan specifically texts me and makes me witness everything. I waste no time in barging into the laboratory. "Oh? Are you that poor that you can't afford a hotel room anymore, Ms. Zeller? Is that why you brought your side piece to my lab?" Yvonne wraps her top around her chest, her expression devoid of any guilt. "Get out. I'm the one who has invested in this lab, so I'm free to use it however I see fit. A leech like you don't get a say in this matter." I turn on my heel and walk away. That night, I hand over my new patent to Yvonne's older brother, Joshua Zeller. I'd like to see how Yvonne, who's still in the middle of fighting for the position as the heir, will still be able to stay calm after finding out about this.

Kai
I’m starting to lose interest. It started out interesting and exciting and now it’s dragging with filler chapters. No one knows how to actually have a conversation. So many things could’ve been cleared up with actually talking to each other.
Gena
so far I love how strong Sydney is and all she needs now is the devoted man to make everything else set in stone. she doesn't need a man but her having one completely devoted to her will make this story perfect, but it is really good so far.

Ex-husband’s Regret

Ex-husband’s Regret

After being married for three years, I was very satisfied with my life. My husband was handsome, caring, gentle, emotionally stable, and never lost his temper with me. That was until the day when I saw my kind husband cornering his true love. He asked angrily, "You were the one who decided to marry someone else, what right have you got to ask me to do anything?" Only then did I realize that he could be emotionally unstable when he was truly in love with someone. I knew my place, so I decided to divorce my husband and disappear from his life. A lot of people said that Ryan had gone mad and that he was turning the whole Jelaston upside down just to find me. I felt that it was impossible for someone so emotionally stable as Ryan to go crazy. Not to mention the fact that I was just an ex-wife that he didn't really care about. Sometime later, he saw me standing next to another man. He grabbed my wrists and pleaded with red eyes, "I'm sorry, Charlotte. Please come back to me." Only then did I realize that what I heard other people talking about wasn't just a rumor. Ryan really had gone mad.

What happens to Ryan now? Will he just be cast aside? I believe there must also be a backstory about Ryan and Charlotte, on Ryan's side of the story, I just lost interest now when Charlotte already started a relationship with Frank while not hearing out Ryan side of the story. It's sad.

the book was amazing at the first but there are too many characters and chapters so it's getting boring but if u end the book with Charlotte and Ryan patching up again then it would turn amazing and there are two many parts just end it asap ...but still great hard work ...️
