Fated to the Black Sheep Alpha

Fated to the Black Sheep Alpha

She adjusted her grip on her measuring tape and looked toward my grandfather, hoping for approval. “This is the Blossom of the Valley,” Madame Vivienne said, pointing to the structured waistline. “It has a tight, bone cinched corset that will make the Princess look small, delicate, and entirely harmless to the other Alphas. It is traditional for young pack females to look sweet and submissive for their debut, because it signals to the bachelor Alphas that she is ready to be claimed.”

The Demon Contract

The Demon Contract

Luisette said then, his smirk widening a little as he watched Kat look at the bed and her eyes narrow, her mouth press into a hard line and her back muscles tense up. He had promised something leather…he had delivered. It looked like something out of a bdsm dungeon. It had one thick sculptured leather strap that went up the middle with four straps going horizontal – one went around the neck like a collar, one covered the breasts, one went around the waist and one went low around the hips. It wasn’t so much the garment itself, rather all the little silver rings and clasps that covered it for restraints and the fact that it could be unclasped between her legs. She saw it was accompanied by thi

The size of the room itself hinted how huge this building might have been? The youth’s body was loaded with several professional Archery Gears such as professional chest protectors, appealing arm guards, wrist slings, back tension releasers, as well as shooting gloves. However, the most charming piece of equipment was his Compound Hunting Bow itself. This compound bow appeared to have been solidly constructed by Ellipse-Wood, a very rare material in several parts of the world. He kept shooting arrows from his quiver at the target, one after the other.

The Clandestine Saga

The Clandestine Saga

It was meant as a way to draw her into the conversation, but she seemed so distracted, she didn’t even realize he was talking to her for a few seconds. “Uh... some weird bracelets. We’re not sure what they do yet, but I have them.” She patted her leather jacket pocket. “And a crossbow that shoots molten silver nitrate.” A few of the guys gawked at the idea of such a weapon, uttering, “Cool,” and “Wow,” etc. Cadence looked back at Aaron, obviously wanting out of the conversation. “Thanks. I have the crossbow. I probably won’t use it unless I have to, though. It seems pretty dangerous.”

Or let alone the bat cave, yeah… the bat cave, I saw daggers, swords, longbows, spears and javelins. But what really caught my attention was the only bow I could find. It was in the center of the room, fully secured with glass. It is formed in a perfect crescent moon unlike other bows. It is white and I must say it does look so elegant. I wonder how it would feel like if I run my hands in that surface and somehow try to use it? “And what does that suppose to be?” I asked

CHASING MONSTERS

CHASING MONSTERS

A quiet, private certainty that made her chest feel full. The dressmaker circled Sophie like a general inspecting a battlefield, tugging a seam here, smoothing a fold there. Two assistants handled the fabric with reverent care. No one else touched the gown. Betsy had been banned from “helping” after she’d nearly stabbed a pin through an assistant’s sleeve and then argued it was “for morale.” A makeup artist leaned in, holding a palette of soft shades and a set of brushes arranged like surgical tools. Another artist worked on Shiloh’s hair, curling and pinning.

Shadows and First Blood

Shadows and First Blood

“They’ve got a net now. Looks like fishing gear until it bites. They call it Basilisk Mesh. Woven with tempered silver and moonbloom resin, edge-laced with powdered hawthorn. Pops from a canister, blooms midair, and if it wraps you… you don’t move. Not you, not your wolf friends. Regeneration stutters. Nerves sing the wrong song.” The shop listened. I could feel it—that subtle leaning-in the place did when something mattered. My jaw ached from clenching. “And?” I asked. “Rounds,” he said. “Glass-bone. They hit, shatter into hooks. You can dig all night and they still leave splinters behind. Tinctured with ash for you, wolfsbane for them. They aren’t discriminating anymore.” My throat went dr

Knotting the Hunter

Knotting the Hunter

"So I made you something better." She lifts a bundle out of the case lid. Crossbow bolts, except the heads are wrong. Orange syringe barrels are seated where my broadheads used to sit. "Your Alpha says you're an incomparable shot with that contraption of yours. I fitted these to some shafts that are compatible with your bow. Break one and you're paying for it." Her gaze narrows in on my arm and she stalks over, grabbing my wrist and turning my forearm over before she pushes up the sleeve of my sweater.

Really enjoying this book so far, this is definitely one of my favorites male male books I've read on here. Quinn is really good at those it seems. Especially the relationships, but the side characters and conflict are super compelling too. Excited to read more.

A Tribian Star

A Tribian Star

She had me dress up in a hooded cape with a chain fastening, a dandelion tunic dress with an attached strap, printed leather gauntlets, a waist-cinching belt, leggings, and leather boots with a throwing dagger on both sides. None of the men were left behind. Like the other lads, Oswin wore a hooded, long-sleeved tunic, a vest, gauntlet gloves, a belt with a pouch, and boot covers. He was wearing what appeared to be an expensive bow and a quiver full of arrows. It seems that he had a custom-crafted bow and arrows created for himself. At the outset, he was already a Levite. He could spring for the priciest bow and arrows on the market if he wanted to.

Drawing the chair out I sat at the elegant table. Banging her hand on the table, I feared it would hurt but she only grunted out a ragged breath. "What's this so hard eeeh" she exclaimed "Wenti be this?" continuing with her angry speech she cleaned the sliver spoon squeezing the fabric tightly. I could only watch. "This time of the month is always the hardest" she spoke up after some minute. I only hummed out knowing I was missing an important massage. "Today is the lunar ball" Ebere said filling me in.
