She was going to select one to wear to the party. The first one she picked was a green dress. Its length went past her toes. It had a slit that began from her hips and had a very tiny sleeve. Her collarbones were beautifully on display when she wore the dress at Shirley's store.

I looked up just in time to see Brian looking at me and waiting for my response. “It was eventful,” I said, and I could feel Damien meet my gaze. I held his gaze. He gave me his signature smirk as he dived down to his food. I saw Britney looking at me with so much hate, but I didn’t return her gaze as I continued eating. “So, dear, tell me about yourself,” my mother decided to ask Britney. “Oh, I am so sorry for not making introductions.
