I went back to his bathroom, breaking his window in a way that seemed like someone passed through it. I didn't change, I held the clothes in my hands and went back into the bedroom. By the time I got there he had fallen unconscious. I checked his breath, he's still breathing. How I wish he could die by my hands. But I can't kill. If at all I want to kill someone, then it will be my family, for kicking me out and making my life miserable. I never asked them to give birth to me. I'm Luna. And now, I'm going to my park to make them pay and of course, claim my mate. I won't run anymore; I've done enough of that.

But I’m tired. Days… weeks… months. I can’t anymore. My mind is still fierce, determined, unyielding but Luna… she’s gone quiet. I haven’t heard her voice in weeks. Zain’s betrayal broke her, pushed her into a shell she refuses to come out of. And now… my body’s surrendering too. It can’t take this anymore.

She moved closer to help Luna Sandra. Luna Sandra, who was rolling in pain, shrieked, “Don’t touch me! Don’t touch me! Save me!” Ignoring the grave atmosphere, she quickly stood up, and her screams reverberated throughout the house, sending shivers down everyone’s spine. Nanny Joie quickly approached, attempting to stop Emma, but Luna Sandra turned and saw many precious treasures shattered. All were destroyed! Destroyed! At that moment, Luna Sandra turned black, her eyes went white, and she fainted.

Cracks began to appear in the mirrors, thin and spiderweb-like. Roman said nothing. Luna took a step forward, voice trembling with anger and truth. “I’m what you created when you broke me , and I will be the thing that ends you.” The mirrors shattered. Light exploded from every direction, shards flying like frozen rain. Luna shielded her face, the force knocking her to her knees. When the noise stopped, the room was silent. The walls were gone. And in their place stood Roman, leaning in the doorway , dark coat, eyes like liquid shadow, expression unreadable.

Zayn’s POV: This Max Shepard looks nothing like the Luna like her mother was. She lacks the authority and she looks like she is not even able to carry a boulder like most females wolves can. Or does she even know what she is? I heard from my father that her mother who goes by the name of Teresa took off and left their pack leaderless. She is pretty but not good enough for the Randolf clan’s protection.

Her anger and jealousy come again. “What did you mean?” Jack asked. “This… keeping Queen hidden from us. You know she is our mate.” Natasha points out. Jack smirks at her allegations. “One second… Let me be clear here. Luna already cut all bonds with her mates’. So officially she was not tied to anyone. The day she left the pack territory she was no longer related to you or anyone else.” Jack corrected her. “You were the one who took her from the pack. You….” Natasha tried to blame him, but Jack stopped her.

Watching to see my reaction. “I can’t be Luna.. have you seen me” I say standing up and putting my hands on my hips, I look at him. My heart thunders, he must only be saying this because he’s going to reject me. He doesn’t want me as his Luna. “Your pack isn’t going to want me Jax, I’m scarred. Broken, and not the ideal candidate..”

Everything I was before was gone. So who was I now? I wasn’t Luna anymore. That title belonged to Nyra. I wasn’t Corvin’s mate anymore, the bond was broken or replaced or whatever. I wasn’t even a full wolf anymore without Lyric. I was just Rael, nothing more. Just a broken woman with scars, pain, and no place in this world.

Three years of trying to be perfect, trying to fit in, trying to be worthy of their respect - and this is how they really saw me? "I have been a good Luna to this pack!" I shouted, my voice carrying over the music and conversations. "I have given everything to serve all of you!" The entire celebration went silent. Hundreds of pairs of eyes turned to stare at us. I could feel my face burning with humiliation, but I was too hurt and angry to stop. Miranda smirked triumphantly. "And now your time is up. The real Luna is here, and we don't need your cheap imitation anymore."
