Although I had to admit she was more stunning now, especially when she had such beautiful eyes that I always felt were looking deep into my soul anytime I met them. I jerked to a stop and raised the picture closer. I stared and stared some more at her eyes, then with my heart racing wildly, I looked around for her recent pictures, finding one, I picked it up and put it side by side with it, and then I stared at them. Why did Scarlet have blue eyes before and all of a sudden, she had the most stunning greenest eyes I'd ever seen? I knew she wasn't wearing contacts, so they were definitely her eyes... So how come they were blue when she was younger?

I saw myself at the edge of nowhere beneath a very odd tree. White leaves were falling from it that gave me an eerie sensation. I was like inside a 90's television. Everything was in black and white. My gaze landed on the guy beside me. At that moment, I realized that I was not alone. Everything has no color except me and him. It felt weird especially when he touched my cheek softly and I felt the warmth of his hand. I was lying on the grass with him, captivated by his peculiar eyes. Those pair of eyes were green as emerald stones, fascinating and deep as if it can pierce through my soul. I can’t take my eyes off him.

Analyn POV I was not prepared to see what I was about to see down there. Ambrose was crouched down on the floor on all fours. It broke my heart to see him look so vulnerable as he was drenched in sweat, panting like a dog. I stared at him in shock as I watched his eyes begin to change. His beautiful bright green eyes were changing into a different color. At first, I thought they were turning yellow, but they were glowing Amber.

Mine are a cold grey, yours are a warm brown. Have you seen how they change colours depending on the light? Plus when I look at you, it’s like you’re looking straight into my soul.”

" My brows arched in a frown. "And then they had their first child together, Green. The name Green wasn't just a random name they gave to your mate. It was because she was unique. She was different from the other vampires. Her Vampire eyes were green instead of the usual reddish black, she had other powers that only ancient royal vampires of our clan had. Josh’s intake of breath startles me, “Maddie! Your eyes!” “What? What’s wrong with them?” “They’ve changed.” He says and I jump from his lap to run to the bathroom in my hospital room. Flicking on the light I gasp at my reflection in the mirror. I look the same, except for my eyes and eyebrows. She swiped at the tears running down her cheeks. I couldn't help but make the brightest smile ever and said to the girls “can you imagine me? A little girl who just changed completely her life, had gone through a lot of bad events and finally finds someone who doesn't label her as strange for having one amber eye and a blue one. I immediately decided I had to be friends with this guy” With a smirk on his face he said “You are belittling what I saw. Your eyes are not just amber and blue.
