I wait til I hear feel the cold air drifting into the kitchen and the soft sound of a door closing before glancing into the hallway again. Through the doors glass I could see Embers back to me. The left side of her body was eliminated white from the moon and her hair looked like silver threads as they hung down her back. Creeping towards the door she shifts and a second later a see a silvery gold wolf dashing across the snow, her body low as she ran.

I lifted my eyebrow and looked at him with curiosity. “You make small” he said bringing his hands together slowly like he was trying to burst a balloon. Okay make it small, how the heck do I make it small. I stared at the large bowl and tried to focus but I don’t know where to start. The rest was easy, I just thought about the moon. But what does the moon have to do with making something small. I lifted the bowl off the floor and spun it around in the air but nothing else happened. Getting slightly frustrated I lifted my hand to my lap and clenched my fist. When I did that a small bend appeared on the bowl. I lifted my hands and outstretched them towards the bowl. Cilyna's mother began. The full moon's silvery glow shines down as a spot light on a pure white wolf with golden eyes that glowed with the magic of the moon goddess. She leaned down to get a drink from the cold steam and suddenly noticed a pair of eyes standing behind her in the reflection from the water. The white wolf eases closer and she slowly turns to face this beautiful creature hoping for the best. The golden eyes piercing glare lasted only a moment before the wolf started growling. The girl resembed the moon goddess that cursed her and the girl's face sent the beast into a frenzy.

He raised his head at Matt at the alarming question raised. "That should be this full moon." Alpha Andrea finally answered even with Fiona's intent to intrude, I smirked behind my puffy face from the food I was trying hard to masticate. "Oh I see, that is perfect timing, the season of the Moon Goddess, blessing the Aloha and his Luna, we could have what such auspicious date, but we're so engrossed in each other that as a common Gemma and Omega we choose a normal day." Matt let out his hand scrolling through his phone and Alpha Andrea's eyes were red, and the redness I could see calming to purple anytime soon.

Another reminder that I was a Luna who knew nothing about her people's culture, The reality of that didn't settle well with me. "It simply mean the first ball of the month. Unlike the humans, our months are classified as moon. The next full moon, meaning the next month. A full moon occurs only once a month and it last for about three to seven days" She explained politely and I nodded thoughtfully, realizing that I just found a tutor. As she walks or drives along, things much closer, like trees and houses, appear to move between a person and the Moon. Because the Moon is so far away, it doesn't seem to move at all and appears to follow.

Third person POV The clearing opens up in front of them like somebody took a giant bite out of the forest. Must be half a mile across. Perfectly round. Grass is short and dead brown. Nothing grows here except some twisted trees around the edges. And in the middle sits the Moon Well. Kael can see it from here. Big stone circle maybe twenty feet across. Ancient looking. Covered in those same twisty symbols that mark Elara's skin. Even from this distance the thing gives off power. Makes the air taste like metal and old rain.

The Moon’s Unbroken Oath The night air quivered with an unusual blend of tension and purity, as if the world itself was holding its breath. Luna found herself at the heart of the clearing, the moon positioned high above her—full, radiant, and almost painfully vibrant.
