Jade: The Hybrid Mage

Jade: The Hybrid Mage

The main hall was still empty when I asked the system for an update. “All RGT Selects have transitioned to advanced training with the five-year cadets,” it replied. “Except Cadet Orin, who remains in Isolation Chamber Nine.” So they’d all made it through. I had passed reflection training last. But apparently, I wasn’t the only one still left behind. I was just about to leave when the door to Chamber Nine hissed open. Orin stepped out.

The Pack's Luna: The Pack Series Book 4

Lace makes eye contact with me and winks, making me think that I’m going to be part of her team. Alpha Michael waits for us to quiet. “That left us with two openings on Alpha Squad. We also have another warrior, Nix, who will be going out on maternity leave soon. She has also asked to become a permanent member of the Delta Squad. So, once she returns from having her baby, she will move to the Delta Squad, leaving an opening on the C-Squad. We also had one opening on our Beta Squad this year, giving us an incredible four openings to fill for our elite teams. Thankfully, our cadets this year rose to the occasion and I’m pleased to announce that after today, Alpha Squad, Beta Squad, and C-Squad

Love Henry's story! I think Wendy and Hacker are a great pair and a chapter on her 18th confirming they are mates would be awesome. Still 3 other Hill children to write about as well as extend families! I think the graduation party at Yorick and Cyra's would be a great place for new found love.

One of the best writers on this app. I love it all. One suggestion though, can you add the AI voice over to your books (past as well if possible) for the visually impaired? This would be great for some of my teen clients

Also, this decision would not affect their assessment at all, the grades for the one backing off were final. Creed knew this would happen. This was not a bloodbath, but an assessment of caliber. Since the Instructors have gauged all of their calibers already, authorities wouldn't mind streamlining the process. This announcement filtered out 33 more cadets from the 40, leaving only 7 who want to take it further. Creed wasn't really interested in seeing who won, since he wasn't really going to get anything out of it. He had seen most of it and was ready to leave.

Still coming along nicely. The Archie plot has hot a good point. I feel there is more to come with Rain in the story and I like that. It is good to acknowledge the news spread of his accomplishments beating down Archie, but I would shorten the side conversations of the random people.

I'm honestly surprised that this story doesn't have more views and reviews. It's well-written, moves at a relaxing pace and the author did an amazing job with the descriptions. The characters has great depth, personalities that stand out. It is also clean and well-edited.

HALF BREED

HALF BREED

He nodded to a civilian and stepped onto a carefully maintained path. The pavement was barely wide enough to accommodate four people running side by side, abreast, or two columns of two, which was the way that cadets moved from place to place. Just one of the methods by which they were taught to follow orders, work as a team, and focus on group objectives.

Katerina told her. “Oh? Haha..” Dawn just laughed it off. Of course there were some who refused to have their hair the same way. That was Freya Amparo. She didn’t want to be mistaken as copying someone as lowly as Dawn. On that day, it was announced that they will be accepting applicants for JROTC. Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps is a high school elective program whose mission is to teach students citizenship, leadership, character, and community service. The core values are at the heart of JROTC, whose creed emphasizes working to better the cadet's family, school, and country.

PRETENDER: Alpha's Forbidden Omega

PRETENDER: Alpha's Forbidden Omega

“In line with treaty arrangements and the Council’s northern alliance, ten pre-senior cadets from the Northhold Territories will join us for this cycle. They have completed advanced combat schooling under tundra-conditions and have trained with wildpacks.” A few heads turned. Wildpacks? “They are ranked above juniors, below seniors, and carry conditional dominance.” “Treat them as equals, or be prepared to lose blood.” That statement alone made the hall go still. And then— The doors creaked open again. The wind howled in, bringing with it a gust of cold air and the scent of pine, ice, and unfamiliar smoke. Ten boys walked in—all dressed in deep, slate-blue uniforms stitched with pale silver

The Obsidian Covenant #1: The Rejected Mate's Ruin

The Obsidian Covenant #1: The Rejected Mate's Ruin

"She assumes she will die. And she fights accordingly." "With all due respect, Commander." A voice rang out from the front row. A cadet stepped forward. He was huge—Alpha build, broad shoulders, hair shaved close to the scalp. He had the arrogant sneer of a House Vane relative. He smelled of musk and entitlement. "This is a waste of time," the cadet said. Looking at Neoma with open disgust. "She survived because you let her dance. In a real fight, I would snap her neck before she could blink. Why are we learning from meat?"

Frequently Asked Questions

Let's get one thing straight—the Scout Regiment isn't just essential, it's the entire damned engine of the plot. Without their suicidal, borderline-insistent expeditions beyond the walls, the story would be a repetitive cycle of 'titan attacks, we defend.' They're the only ones actively poking the hornet's nest, forcing the truth to the surface. Every major revelation, from the Female Titan's identity to the basement and the world beyond Paradis, comes because Scouts bled for it on the other side.

Their role creates this brutal tension between humanity's stagnant safety and the terrifying cost of progress. You've got the Military Police cozying up inside, the Garrison just holding the line, and then these lunatics in green cloaks charging out to die for scraps of knowledge. That conflict drives Erwin's gambles, Levi's pragmatism, and ultimately Eren's radicalization. They're the vector for the plot's escalation, plain and simple.

Honestly, the later political arcs just prove how foundational they were. Once the Scouts' purpose gets twisted and co-opted, the whole moral center of the story collapses with it.
