She continued to work behind the scenes as the founder and CEO of CE Pharma. "Are we there yet?" Celeste asked as soon as she woke up. She looked outside the window and saw a beautiful lake. "Mommy, are we there yet?" she repeated. "We're near, baby." The beautiful architecture and busy streets of Geneva welcomed them. They passed by the lake as they went to their new home on the hill. "Wow, a thea!" "No, baby, it's not a sea, it's a lake." "Lake? Different?" "Yes, baby. We can go there later and ride boats when we have time, okay?"

He merely stared at the scattered rosary beads on the ground. He was abandoned for good. I had completely cut him out of my life. After a very long time, it started drizzling. Caleb's hair became damp from the rain. This time, he finally moved. He stumbled to his feet before taking a small path. Finally, he ended up at a beach. It was the very same beach where I had scattered Dad's ashes in the sea. It was also where I decided to end things with Caleb for good. Caleb crossed the railing and watched the white waves thrash violently beneath him. He took a deep breath before plunging himself into the sea.

Lincoln scolded and Caleb was covered in blood as he glared at Lincoln and Chloe. No one was going to trust him, not even Emma. So he didn’t say anything or try to explain to anyone because he knew it would be a waste. Chloe and Lincoln left and Caleb was locked tightly so he wouldn't escape. Caleb passed out due to the pain, he was in his world alone when his surrounding was white. He couldn’t see anyone there, he kept walking for a while before he found a figure standing there. “Mother” he called out in shock, he was so excited and ran to hug her but he couldn’t touch her, it was like she was transparent.

And the first thing I see, is destruction. Nadine-West’s courtyard is chaos, warriors scattered, bodies unmoving. Smoke rising where lightning struck. Blood-howl wolves struggling against attackers I don’t recognize. Then, I see him, Caleb lying in a crater of scorched earth, half-shifted, barely breathing. His skin is burned, blood streaks down his side.

She already crossed the graveyard and now standing in the front of the old building, which can crumble and fall at any moment. Caleb was starting to lose hope when he caught a faint whiff of something familiar. He turned towards the scent, leading his pack through the forest towards the source. As they neared a clearing, Caleb could hear voices. He motioned for his pack to spread out, and they silently crept towards the edge of the clearing, peering through the bushes.
