Pak ilham menyetujuinya tetapi tak lama pak ilham dan keluarga tengah merasakan kebahagiaan dengan uang itu, pak ilham pun mati karena hantu itu menagih janjinya. Beberapa tahun setelah insiden itu tepat di tahun 2007 rumor mister gepeng kembali beredar bersama dengan kejadian-kejadian aneh yang menimpa salah satu siswi di salah satu sekolah. Siswi itu bernama lidya. Dia sering mengalami kejadian aneh hingga dijauhi oleh teman-temannya.
