She smirks. “How at the same time?” I scrunch up my nose in confusion. “Clear your mind, take deep breaths, slowly.” Her calm voice is soothing, helping me feel calm. “Now, feel the earth beneath you, take a deep breath smelling your surroundings, always be aware of your surroundings.” She stated.
