Hidden Desires: My Best Friend's Older Brother

Hidden Desires: My Best Friend's Older Brother

My primary concern was ensuring she was comfortable and safe, and I was willing to disregard any other opinions or speculations. A couple of hours passed as the bus journeyed through the picturesque countryside, eventually arriving at a quaint little village nestled within the woods. This camp had a unique purpose, one that extended beyond the students' own enjoyment. It was an opportunity for them to make a difference in the lives of the villagers.

The Badboy’s Little Kitten

The Badboy’s Little Kitten

134. The school bus rolled down the road, the engine humming as it carried the mass communication and students towards the destination of their much-anticipated camping trip. The arts and entertainment students had to take another school bus since this wouldn’t fit them all. Amber and Axel were seated side by side, their hands interlocked under the cover of their jackets. Amber was giddy that she got to attend this camping trip with them. She was happy she didn’t decline and stayed at home. She had no idea it was for all levels of the mass communication students. She thought it was only them, but thank goodness, she now had Axel, Melissa and Jack.

Melissa needs to be a better friend. Why is she acting like someone who has never been loved before? I wouldn't throw my dignity away for some guy. loving this book so far and I like how the updates keep coming consistently.

"You missed us." "I missed peace and quiet," I replied. Greg perked up. "Oh, then you're gonna love what we came here for." I didn't trust that tone. "Why do I feel like I'm not gonna love it?" "We're going camping," Greg said proudly. "Beach Creek. Just outside the town." "Camping?" I raised a skeptical brow. "You, me, nature, firewood, s'mores," Trevor listed off with the enthusiasm of someone who had never once actually set up a tent.

she sighed, “I’m sorry kids but it’s not in my power, I really thought he heard me that day.” “Don’t worry kids, we usually hold camping holidays here every summer so you can sign up if you want and will get to come back and play actual games with opponents. It’s usually fun and we hope you kids can make it. You will also get the chance to meet students your age and get to make new friends. We hope you will join us this summer,” Acacia smiled warmly to everyone and some mumbled while some nodded and some just kept quiet. I was among the quiet group.

Crazy Adventures

Crazy Adventures

One Friday in late March I came home from work to find Colleen and the girls loading sleeping bags and duffel bags into the trunk of Colleen's car. "What's going on? Is someone running away from home?" "No Uncle Bobby, we're going to our Gymboree. Come with Mommy to take us, please, please, please." The girls had been talking about this for weeks. The Camp Fire Girls had a weekend campout that was going to take place in the gym of the local high school. The campout would last from Friday evening until 10 AM Sunday morning. We arrived at six o'clock along with 70 other girls between the ages of six and twelve and assorted parents and grandparents. Inside the gym was an entire village of tents

Kiss her on thin Ice

Kiss her on thin Ice

Chapter Forty-Four - Camp "So," Maddox says, sliding into the seat across from me at lunch a few days later, way too pleased with himself for someone about to ask a favor, "hockey retreat's coming up. Championship prep. Whole team's going, cheer squad too." "I'm aware. I've seen the sign-up sheet taped to literally every wall in this school." "Come with me." He says it easily, like it's the most natural request in the world. "Not as a deal thing. Not for optics. Just, come. It'll be fun. Bonfires, lake, terrible camp food. The whole experience."

Star continued, her voice filled with enthusiasm, "what if we invited some of our closest friends to join us? It would be such a wonderful experience to share with them." Julius nodded, a smile spreading across his face. "I love that idea, Star. It'll be a perfect opportunity for us to bond with our friends in the serenity of the great outdoors. Let's start planning our camping adventure together." Excitement filled the air as Star and Julius reached out to their friends to extend an invitation to join them on their upcoming camping trip. The group was thrilled by the idea and quickly made plans to embark on this adventure together. As the day of departure approached, the group of friends ga

It’s the first day of the rest of my life. Alpha Anders came out to the town square to see off the group of recruits from our pack, and Dad breaks off to chat with him while Brooke and I head to join our classmates. There are fifteen of us from our pack that are heading to training camp for the summer and the other recruits are already loading their luggage onto the bus.

he grumbled, glancing at the bus where other campers were loading up. It was a coed camp, so several guys were getting on the bus and, of course, some male counselors. I looked over and scanned the crowd. They weren’t all ugly or anything, but no one had sparked my interest. “I’ll be fine. Bye, everyone,” I waved to Alex and my parents, grabbing my bags, and headed for the bus.

This story was an awesome read and so glad I read it all the way to the end! Granted I started reading the 3rd book before I realized that it was the 3rd book and not the 1st book as I was somewhat confused. I enjoyed getting to know the characters and how they interacted with each other. Great job!
