"Of course she does. She's seven. Everything is adventure at seven." But that night at dinner, Sienna is still thinking about it. "Daddy, did you know the original Sienna? The one who died?" Kieran nods. "She was my half-sister. We had the same father. Marcus. She was kind. Smart. She tried to help people. She died doing the right thing." "I'm going to be like her. Brave and kind and helpful." "You already are." "And I'm going to be like Raven too. Strong and successful and confident."

“Kiara.” I looked at him and was about to argue when Raven, my feisty sexy temperamental best friend came running over. Raven was a little younger than me and still 17 years old. She had her black hair cut in a bob with bangs with red and plum streaks in it. The most unique thing about her was her mix-matched eyes. The left was an icy blue and the right was a blue-green. Did I mention she was also tiny at 4 feet 9 inches? “Kia!” she said, wrapping her arms around my waist and hugging me tightly. She was dressed all in black, I don’t think she owned many other colours. Maybe the occasional purple or red.

That female coughed several times, then stroked her neck while shooting daggers toward Kayden using her eyes. “What the fuck is this? Who are these barbaric males?” She asked Nina in anger. Ignoring her, I hefted my hand and signaled for her to sit. “Sit beside Nina. I’m Nina’s cousin and also her Alpha. So, rest assured, I won’t hurt you.” “That’s what the bad guys say. And you,” she sat, then pointed at Kayden with her forefinger. “Stop glaring at me.” “Don’t mind him. That’s just his default expression. I am Kieran, by the way. And the one who shoved you against the wall is Kayden,” Kieran said with a charming smile. See, among us, Kieran was best at making the best first impression.

Karen fumed, Karen was the older and even more graceful version of Nicole. Despite her pliant looks, she'd been a powerful enforcer and warrior for another pack before she met Mendez. She'd been so powerful and popular that she'd been nicknamed Kat, after her wolf's fighting style. Karen's ginger-colored wolf was as vicious as a cat and even more sneaky. She'd also been from a wealthy family, who did everything to get her married to Mendez so she would stop violence and face the family business.

There are so many things I am still unaware of. “ Can I leave now? ” Jake questions, bringing me back to Earth once more. I snap my head at him and nod like a fool. He nods back and leaves us alone. “ They are not used to a forceful woman as their Luna. ” Rhianna speaks up all of a sudden. I hum, not understanding what she meant. “ They are used to Britney.
