Sam mutters, eyes widening as he flips through the pages.
Liam nods and leaves.
"What's going on, Sam? Ford's sales match the invoices from the last closing. I haven't even been here a month," I tell him as I sit beside him, my worry obvious.
Time passes, and every number and word on that paper becomes clearer by the minute. There's been a theft-and it definitely wasn't me.
"This is serious, Estela. It says we sold $105,778.98 in burgundy Ford cars in February, and Ford only sold us three cars worth $69,292.28."
