I tumble into the water, feeling the roar of the river crash over me. It pins me down, forcing the air from my lungs. I bend, trying to kick off from the bottom of the river bed and straighten again, but the water has me. I kick out, trying to fight my way back upright and push through the water. There’s still the chaos of the fight as I crash through the stream, swimming with broad strokes towards Thade. He’s already in the water, wading towards me. He reaches out, helping pull me back to my feet.

The plummeting descent felt both terrifying and electrifying, a thrilling sensation that awakened every fibre of her being. As Camden plummeted into the crystalline pool below, the cool water embraced her body, washing away her fears and doubts. She resurfaced, gasping for breath, the adrenaline still coursing through her veins. The surge of triumph and joy overwhelmed her as she looked up to find Clayton cheering her on, his eyes sparkling with pride. With a radiant smile on her face, Camden swam towards him, her heart thudding with newfound confidence. They embraced in the refreshing water, their laughter echoing in harmony with the cascading waterfall.

She could not forget that she sacrificed herself to protect her. She swam back over the river before getting out of it, taking her breath Caesar jumped to the tree that was next to the river, and when he felt someone hid behind it, he took out his claws. He prepared to unleash his energy on that creature, which was about to come out of the river, as it sensed he's weak energy But before he did that, he froze in his place, and he found a mermaid, or perhaps an angel, coming out of that place

I slapped the water around in agitation and he smirked. “Yeah, the fuck. We are gonna fuck on someone else’s property. It’s thrilling, right?” and he started stripping out of his clothes and my mouth savored the scene of those abs, and I agreed without thinking straight I spouted what was in my mind, “ Yeah, it sure is thrilling.” Caspian dived into the pool and only came up to the surface to kiss my wet lips. He held my hand and we swam in the direction of the bridge, built over the pool but it was mostly dipped in it.

Chapter Fourteen Archer Jackson slips under the surface of the water and doesn’t come back up. Quinn screams, and I jump in, diving down and swimming across to grab Jackson. I hook my arm around him and push off the bottom of the pool. He’s thrashing, doing everything he can to get himself to the surface, and hits me in the face a few times. I bring him up out of the water, and Weston takes him from my arms, bringing him out of the pool.

She pulled out a dark grey t-shirt. Alissa stood on the edge of the boat, her bare toes pressing into the rough sections of the floor, it felt like sandpaper under her. “It's cold but it's lovely.” Luca looked up to her, his wet hair sticking to his face. Malachi was happily swimming around, his legs splashing the water behind him. “I don't know if I can swim,” she admitted looking into the water. It was inviting, the light from the sun made it look like jewels.

She smiled, “I do. I’m excited about it.” Taylor asked, “Do you have a swimsuit on? I can bring you in the water with me.” Calista looked at me, “Can I mom?” I tapped the top of her head and she was suddenly in a pink and purple one-piece swimsuit. She squealed, “It’s beautiful, mom! Thank you!” Taylor held out her arms and yelled, “Jump!” Calista jumped, pushing off the ground as hard as she could, and landed right in Taylor’s arms. Taylor smiled, “That’s the way to do it. Do you know how to swim?” Calista shook her head, “Nobody ever taught me.” Taylor smiled, “Well, you’re in luck. I can teach you today. There was nothing in it for five laps, then Carl realised that Caroline was drawing ahead. Fit as he was, she was out-swimming him. He reached deep into his reserves but at the end of the tenth lap he was still half a yard behind. Panting, they hung onto the end of the pool until Caroline hauled herself deftly from the water and twisted, to seat herself neatly on the edge. She grinned down at Carl, who stared almost mesmerised at her heaving breasts.
