Celeste slowly shook her head. “No.” Lucien looked at her. “What?” “I said no.” She stepped toward the console. “I refuse to choose.” Marcus glanced at the countdown. “Celeste, we have ninety seconds.” “I know.” “Then what exactly are you planning?” Celeste studied the interface. “Eve was designed by scientists.” Marcus frowned. “Yes.” “Scientists make assumptions.” “Obviously.” “They assumed the subject would obey the protocol.” Marcus stared at her. “You're going to exploit a loophole.”

POV: AVA “What the hell does that mean?” Kael demanded. “You said she belonged to you before she belonged to me. On what grounds?” Darius gave him a cold look as his fingers tightened around the edges of the document. “You really want me to read it?” Kael’s teeth were gnashing together, but he didn't say anything. Darius readjusted the ancient parchment, before he began to say what was written on it. “By the decree of the Lunar Crown,” he continued, his voice loud across the courtyard, “let it be recorded that the first child of King Lucien and Queen Elara shall inherit the Lunar Throne by blood and birthright.”

I internally smiled at myself but couldn't help by feeling a little sad. I was supposed to be his Luna, happily with pups but everything was taken away from me. I watched closely as Alpha Killian stood up to address the crowd. "Quite a few of you were lucky tonight to have found your mates. Bonds have been formed tonight and as such, tonight we will celebrate a successful mating ceremony. Before the ceremony officially begins I would like for everyone enjoy the festivities that your Alpha and I have made for you. A toast!" He roared as the crowds cheered and went on with their festivities.

Selene asked in a hushed tone, taking in the massacre around her. The husks of once-regal celestials lay sprawled on the cold obsidian floor, golden blood forming small streams down the few stairs to the raised platform of thrones. The dead bodies of the celestials who were unfortunate enough to get attacked by either me or Anubis before eventually being killed by Eva looked more mauled than others, since our wolves too had been driven by vengeance and resentment during the fight. If it was this bad here, I could only imagine how bad it must be outside where the mass battle took place. Judging by the appearance of the two worried celestials and the few who followed them behind, it shouldn't

They are no longer called warriors by the time, some people assume that they should be the Gods, but finally the people named them as the Earth Demons. When the East Continent was on the verge of collapse, God sent seven knights to punish the seven Earth Demons. The greatest battle in history ensued. The seven heavenly knights were in fact unable to defeat the seven Earth Demons. Legend has it; the seven celestial knights in the end issued the Move they feared the most. The Move's name is Destroying Disaster Move. Not only can destroy the enemy, the Move will also destroys the knights who have been sent by God.

The ethereal guardian's presence in the Cosmic Council symbolized the alliance between the celestial and earthly domains. Aurelius, driven by an insatiable thirst for cosmic knowledge, embarked on expeditions that transcended the boundaries of known galaxies. Conversations with celestial beings revealed undiscovered cosmic wonders, expanding the joint empire's understanding of the vast universe. The Chronicle Prism, now pulsating with celestial energies, projected holographic images that inspired awe and reverence among those who beheld its cosmic revelations.

"hey make a guess what I am going to tell you?" She dragged the laptop away with one hand and with the other she took a pillow and leaned to it on the bed crown, stretching her legs and side by side Grace's guess's were making her laugh. "No! not at all" I am not getting married either. No babe, seriously? is this all that you can think about? ok listen to me carefully, do you remember the Fullbright scholarship we had applied for? can you believe it Grace? I have been selected for the Fullbright scholarship. On the other side, Grace screamed at the top of her voice with excitement.

Amara had her nails close to her face, inspecting them as if they could grow tiny heads in a second. Minho scoffed at Amara, "You're one to talk. Where were you? I have been looking all over for you. We were supposed to--" The elevator doors dinged, opening towards the expansive lobby of the second celestial sphere. Amara was the first to get out of the elevators, purring something about the empyrean architecture of the building, before floating towards a group of angels in the corner, talking animatedly with them. Minho rolled his eyes. Amara was vicious in fighting demons, but he found her distractibility unpleasant. Not for the first time, he thought about asking for another partner.

I still don’t know how to use them but I know that I can do it. “Safharra Academy would have their entrance trial in 4 days. It’s a good thing that you’ve been able to attain at least three spirits and I am so amazed that you were able to learn in just 3 days! You really are a Celestian.” Celestian. A word I’ve never heard before but being called by it is such an honor. “It’s all thanks to you and Mrs. Elrod. I don’t know what would happen to me if you didn’t saw me in that forest that night.”

Instead, I force a smile. "Careful, Dean Withers. You almost sound afraid of a dead family." His expression darkens. "Afraid?" He scoffs. "No. I reserve fear for things that are still breathing." My smile falls as he steps closer. "The Celestial Dragons are gone. Your parents are dead. Your sister is dead. And you, Miss Thalorien, are nothing more than the last loose thread of a failed rebellion." Every word steals more air from the room. "You know nothing," I whisper.
