Cherry Blossoms After Winter Ep 1 Novels & Stories

This had once been the place where our love first took root, but time had passed, and so many things had faded that I could barely remember them anymore. Following June's final wishes, I found a grove of poplar trees and erected a nameless gravestone for her there. Back when we first arrived in the desert, I remembered June making a vow. She said she would one day cover this barren land with greenery and life. And this grove of poplars had been planted by our own hands. As far as the eye could see, there was nothing but green. But I no longer had the heart to stay and admire the scenery.

A moment later, the neighbor’s daughter spotted me and asked in surprise, “Dr. Summer, isn’t that handsome guy with you? He went to get you a gift, didn’t he?” A bad feeling crept up my spine. The girl continued. “Last night he asked me what the most precious thing here was, so I told him about the legend of the Skyspire Snow Lotus.” As she said that, her face turned pale. “Oh no. He didn’t actually go looking for the snow lotus, did he?” Just as she finished speaking, a sudden commotion erupted in the distance. “Dr. Summer! Someone’s dying!” Several men came rushing over, carrying someone on a stretcher.

*Winter* The car murmured as it glided over the snow-covered roads, a muted contrast to the vibrant chaos of my emotions. I stared out the window, the landscape blurring into a surreal painting of white and muted colors. The snowflakes danced like tiny fairies, swirling and twirling in an intricate ballet around the windshield. I wondered fleetingly if I was still dreaming, my mind teetering on the edge between reality and something far more magical. Each flake was a whisper from a world I felt I had only just glimpsed—the very essence of mystery wrapped in crisp cold.

he told the driver. "No. That place is too dangerous. You just got a tattoo—" "Now." Rhea sat in her car and suddenly remembered Vera’s list of standards. "He has to tattoo my name over his heart. There’s a briar rose bush on Moonwatch Cliff. He has to pick a stalk for me." She laughed. She chuckled until tears spilled down her face. "Let’s go," she told Thomas. "Stop following them." That night, she scrolled through Vera’s social feed. A photo of a briar rose blooming on the edge of a cliff.

**Celeste (smiling tired):** “New peace to protect.” Outside, cherry blossoms fall. The alliance forms. The vigil begins. Earth stands ready. United. **Interlude – Storm Legacy** **Late Summer 2032 – Storm Academy, Dean’s Office Overlook** I stand at the wide window of the dean’s office—the highest tower, glass walls open to the sky. Below, the campus spreads like a living thing. Cherry trees in full bloom despite the season—Seras’s doing, sunrise power woven gentle into the soil.

As for me, I will cherish my moment with Airina first. We passed through a few flowers and ahead of us was a tree of cherry blossom. “Doesn’t that cherry blossom look beautiful?” I pulled out my phone, taking a picture of it before grinning at Airina. “… Indeed.” “Have you been thoroughly well?” I turned my head towards her who crossed her arms and smiled. “Everything is fine, I must say. It’s just that it’s weird we’re alone.” I frowned, “Do you hate it that much?”

Winter New Years Eve banners hang on the wall. The tape slips on the one side and the banner goes to fall. “Lena! You're side!” I point and she catches it. Katie and Ricky laugh at her as she jumps up on the couch and smacks it to the wall. “Ricky, tape me!” She holds her hand out palm up and Ricky smacks a roll of tape into her open hand. Clearly the girl has been watching way too much Grey's Anatomy. Next she's going to call Ricky 'BokHee' and ask for a 'ten blade'.

After failing to seduce his ice queen CEO wife, Josie Sinclair, for the 999th time, Tyler Ford finally called his sister Zoey. "I've decided to get a divorce, Zoey." There was three-seconds of silence before Zoey said solemnly, "I told you long ago that you would never be able to bring someone like Josie down from her pedestal." Tyler teared up as he smiled. "You're right. I was way over my head."

She wasn’t getting what exactly was going on? Meaning, she thought she was dreaming. It was winter from where she came from? Then, where is this ? The beautiful pinkish-white petals of the cherry blossom were falling on her skin, lightly and softly. She was liking and loving each and every second in there. Suddenly, she found out the cut in her arms and it pained like the sting of a bee or an ant.

I felt like it was cooling the anger and hatred simmering in my heart, putting a cool touch to it. "After the end of cold winter, there is a spring festival with cherry blossom in full bloom. You will like that very much." I heard him say in a small voice. He knew I was going to leave in some days and it's barely been the start of winter; spring wasn't until next year. But I didn't correct him. Because we both maybe wanted to forget about the reality for a moment and live in this dream, until daybreak comes and our eyes open.
