He looked around like he was inspecting the state of the herd, but I think he was blushing. Out in the field, dragons were slowly ambling towards Flossie. The Mezzik kept close, I suppose to prevent any kind of crush — the dragons were so big they could have easily squashed Flossie between them without even noticing — but there was no sense of threat or aggression. She tentatively patted their lowered heads and they made a rumbling purr. “You know,” I said, “you could always leave the sexual stuff to your other half.” “Oh no,” said Cheng. “I wouldn’t want to scare her. My other form has an enormous penis.”

“Clara, wake up.” Damien’s voice was as soft as a feather brushing against my ear. I slowly opened my eyes and found myself in a comfortable hospital bed. The room was quiet, save for the gentle hum of medical equipment. “The children—” I struggled to sit up. “They’re perfect,” Damien said, stroking my hair. “Look.” I turned my head. Next to the bed was an incubator. Three dragon eggs lay nestled inside, each the size of a basketball, their surfaces shimmering with an iridescent, rainbow-colored light. In its centre was a thick pillar candle. I wanted to wonder why, exactly, it was called the Candle Dragon, but I let the thought dissipate. I needed to keep my mind clear.

it rumbled. The copper-colored slanted pupil eyes that matched her scales stared at Isabelle for a long time and made it feel like ants danced along her skin. “I think not. Wait outside the chamber if you must, but you will not like our discussion.” With a snapping of teeth that made Isabelle jump, the first dragon turned and scraped its body out of the opening and stomped away. “I’m D'Kohralx Vorian Churgo Desmonda.”

Finally, he turned to Adrian, his tone neutral, "Mr. Adrian, please take your seat." However, Adrian did not immediately sit down. His senses, which were always on high alert, had already detected Anisa's movements. He noticed Anisa leading a dozen workers toward the storage room of the restaurant and located a huge wooden box that was about two meters high and three meters wide and long. When the giant box was opened, Adrian saw what was inside—a massive dragon armchair. The four legs, armrests, and backrest were all carved with lifelike dragons of various colors, including red, black, and yellow.

Vincent watch in astonishment as the girl kept touching the dragon who wasn't bothered to move. Knowing how mischievous Minerva could be, he held her waist, stopping her from climbing onto the dragon. Brayden “What the fuck is that?” I asked. “This is called a dragon. More specifically a chameleon dragon.” Thalex answered. “Why is it here in my pack?” I asked. “We brought it for Aliya.
