What made these books really special and terrifying was that their origin wasn't just limited to human authors. Several of these books were even written by species that lay above human beings in the massive cosmic spectrum of the universe. Like any other library, though, the impenetrable silence drummed in his ears—so loud but oddly relaxing. Once he’d been permitted inside, he immediately went to the science and supernatural books area. He was hoping that the answers to what happened lay in wait only in pages, waiting to be read. Perhaps, science also had its reserved hypothesis, though he was leaning more to the idea of otherworldly stuff. Really, there was only a little more to Science than just that. Most times, things just seemed to fit more when it was explained in an illogical way, i.e., speculations and tall tales.
