Book 1: Enchanter's Realm (The Cursed Demesne)

Book 1: Enchanter's Realm (The Cursed Demesne)

His red eyes deepened, indicating his desire to sort things out. "One of the book of history has gone missing last night. The Book of Creation. And then this morning, it is found on its shelf again. Not a piece was taken nor changed," Merko said. I had been to their library a couple of times and had seen that book. However, due to my very busy schedule, I could not read it since I have to prioritize knowing more about potions. "It is not allowed to take the books out of the bibliotheca. How come that it has gone missing? Who was patroling last night?" Yamiko asked.

CHAOS- Book 1 of the KHAOS CHRONICLES

CHAOS- Book 1 of the KHAOS CHRONICLES

FINAL DAY OF THE AWAKENING Chaos’s P.O.V I was awoken by the beating of drums and the echoes of a chant you rarely heard even back in our home realm. A chant that was as old as time itself. I turned to find Xavier leaning against the headboard with his eyes squeezed shut.

Rise of a Queen - Book 2

Rise of a Queen - Book 2

Putting a solid plan in place, the only thing missing was the location of Riocht. I had Tyron, my future royal Delta, right now, Gamma of the pack, and Xander begin to comb the library for any information about the kingdom, and King Mathias was going to have Abner Brooks start looking in their library. Unfortunately, any books that had been in MacTire had either been destroyed or moved a long time ago. Lamia was going to contact Tawny and ask them to research their books too. Remembering, it was Tawny who first alerted us to the fairy tale about this shifter prophecy in the first place.

JWGStout has done it again! I loved the story and character development. The story really is a roller coaster, and I’m so happy for Lamia! But there are so many questions at the end, and so many opportunities for the other leading characters. I can’t wait to get into the next 3 books!

I really enjoyed this series. Many books on this platform have similar stories, which gets boring really fast. This book series kept me entertained the whole time. It had the perfect balance of romance and action. I enjoyed getting to know each character in more detail as each book was added.

The Chronicles of Kelor : Book One; The Boy Alpha

The Chronicles of Kelor : Book One; The Boy Alpha

Creatures that wanted nothing but war and ruin. I approach the door and place a hand on one of the handles and open it gently, trying not to make a sound. I spend my effort in vain as the hinges creak and the echo reverberates off the walls, making everyone within the corridor know that someone is opening the council door and those within the council room, aware that someone is shamefully late. I step into the room, heat stirring the blood in the sides of my face, and turn to close the door. I take some time to compose myself before committing my face to the council, which at present comprises my older half-brother, Valark, the Army Commander, Gunther, and the King, our Alpha.

The Reaver Chronicles: Rowen (Book 4)

Chapter 49 “Amuletum dicimus contradixerit tibi adduc velatos te et domum tuam. Tu nos iubes?” The Witches started chanting. I was impatiently waiting, but nothing seemed to be happening. They continued chanting and a green light appeared above them for a split second and then it was gone. But it sent an energy blast that flung books off the shelves in my library. It also knocked the three Witches back, breaking the circle and stopping the chanting.

“Yet, you would leave them to their fate. I thought you better than that.” Cerie noted how the way her old friend’s shoulders slumped made him look smaller and frail in comparison to the powerful king he normally projected. A wave of sadness swept over her. She’d seen this kind of thing only once before in a vampire several centuries earlier. He too was a vampire king who felt he’d outlived his time and willingly relinquished his life. The differences were that the king had a suitable replacement and was twice Rowan’s age. Rowan was an old vampire, but not that old. There were older kings about the planet. One, in fact, King Audolf, was an original cast to the earth plain at the same

The New Age King // Book 2

The New Age King // Book 2

Authors Note: The Human is book number one. The New Age King is book number two. I highly suggest reading book one before reading the sequel, but if you don't want to you can manage the second without doing so. The one big thing in the first book was Goddess Selene's curse. She cursed all lycans to be born in wolf form. Their first shift wasn't until the age of ten. Thank you so much for reading. "Please, Selene, slow down. Where are we going," I ask as the Goddess in front of me practically sprints down the wide corridor?

Great quicker read overall. There were unexpected plot twists and well developed banter throughout. The author brings life to different attitudes that aren’t commonly written into novels, which I loved. My only note is that I WISH the author would write more about the lives of Sara & Tab’s pups!

The Shambala Chronicles

The Shambala Chronicles

The guard nodded albeit reluctantly. The oracle looked at the snow-covered path visible to only his eyes and stepped on it proceeded cautiously towards the oldest citadel of sacred knowledge. ****** Anbir scratched out his answer for the third time. His perfect hair was now disheveled because of his constantly running his hands through them. He glanced at the sand watch. About 15 minutes were remaining. He furrowed his brows and pondered deep searching for an answer. Tick tock tick tock... Two minutes remained when Anbir finally finished writing. He looked smug.

The first chapter actually took me back in history about what crime used to take place. I am thankful to god that this world is better comparatively. but we still have lot to improve. Any way I must appreciate writer to bring that type of feeling in the hearts of reader. keep writing.

Lullaby (Fable Saga Book 2)

Lullaby (Fable Saga Book 2)

My eyes downcast, I turn my head to the side, looking away. Away from him. Away from the decision he wants me to make, but which I just can't. Not now, anyway. I can feel myself shaking. After a few seconds I hear Alastaire footsteps as he leaves the room. I take a moment to recover, slumping down to the floor. My leg hits against something. It’s the book that fell off the bookshelf a moment ago. I pick it up, noticing its beautiful emerald green color for the first time. It’s old – that much is obvious from the tattered spine with its ornate golden oak leaf pattern – but somehow the cloth cover has kept its vivid hue.
