“I thought it was gonna be the five us only here in this meeting?” “Your grace, these are the Grand Mages from Hailborne City,” Councilor Vornell introduced the white-cloaked men to Tristan. “They have come to deliver a message from their Elder Magus.” “Elder Magus?” Tristan furrowed his brows. Cris suddenly stepped forward and leaned to Tristan’s ear. “They’re the oldest, but highest ranking mages in ETristanos, your grace,” he whispered. “And there is only one Elder Magus in each region.”

He swung from tree branch to tree branch, twisting and turning at just the right moment to change his trajectory, and follow the beast. There were six humanoid races in Ria; Humans, Mages, Elementals, Vampires, Demi-Gods, and Punishers. Colin was a Punisher, a name he did not like. He preferred Conjurers. A conjurer could conjure an item(like his chains) that had a set of abilities.

he stuttered, “Whoever teams up with her will be eclipsed and we all know that four winners, meaning one from each winning team .” I hummed thoughtfully. He was right. I leaned back against the wall, feeling sleepy. I rubbed my eyes with the heel of my palms. This… this was what Elias must have been talking about earlier. I wish I could take the tonic or whatever that was. I closed my eyes instead, not caring if I woke up groggy. Mages are trained to be alert because one wrong of a finger and things could go awry but I was not here to win or even get a decent place, was I? ‘ ~~~**~~~

Only Magicians could open their Cyber Screen from out of thin air, while ordinary people needed a mobile gadget to access their Cyber Screen. He thought the kid was an ordinary human because he couldn't see a deity with him. For real? This magician walking casually without his System Deity?! The soldier had thought if the kid in front of him had treated his System Deity as a toy. Though he hoped that his thinking was wrong, it still bugged him to see a Magician casually strolling in this chaotic battlefield without their System Deity in tow. But the most reason he widened his eyes was the stuff that the kid has taken from his Cyber Storage.

“Then we’ll need a mage.” My jaw clenched. We both knew that was a problem. The crown had made enemies of every mage in the realm. After generations of fear and slaughter, few still lived and fewer still offered help. “They won’t work with us,” Magnus said, reading my silence. I clenched my fists. We were at a dead end, with no way forward. And all the while, Celene still was out there. With him! And we were running out of time.

As soon as I learned that these organisms have food chains, I realized that they also have a hierarchical structure in their lineages, to which I responded, "I see." As I've heard and Xander has explained, the food chain consists of the highest to lowest species that they have. There are pure-blood mages, mixed-blood mages, and common mages in the society of magi. Pureblood mages have the highest ranking, while common mages have the lowest ranking. These ordinary sorcerers are born to families with no direct lineage of sorcerers. They are unique, but also magi with a limited magical capacity. These mages of mixed blood are those whose blood is a mixture of different creatures and humans.

“You’re no mind mage.” Kilvic shrugged. “Not yet. And mind mages aren’t the only kind of tactical mages, they simply tend to be better at it than most.” He chanced a glance at Ariadne again. She still wasn’t moving. “Should we be worried about that?” he added. “About what?” Moss asked. He stood beside Gyra, his hand to his head, shooting a girl with blonde hair that fell down to her shoulders an angry look. Kilvic suspected she might be Jacinta.

Cicada chuckled in his dark maniacal voice. My heart skipped a beat. What the hell is he talking about?! “And who says you'll be alive to see Armageddon?” Magus growled, slowly plugging my claws into his throat. “My fate is already sealed, same as yours, and I'll be blessed to watch the life drain from you!” Cicada grinned. “You think you're the most powerful being alive? Wait till Armageddon…” he taunted in a low voice. “Your two-tailed wolf would emerge like a Phoenix reborn!”

"Moonlight Glow is called the number one mage for a reason–max damage, perfect positioning, zero defensive talents. "You don't even understand basic class fundamentals, and you dare impersonate the top mage on the server?" Each word I spoke–landed like a sharp slap across her face. Cedric did not hesitate. "Miss, please leave. "My girlfriend and I have something private to discuss. We don't want to be disturbed." Janet's face flushed a deep, ugly red. Not only did her fake persona tore apart in public–she had to watch helplessly as the big catch she was carefully cultivating was completely taken from her.
