Cicin Mages Novels & Stories

Tunde stood frozen as they disappeared into the shadows. “You see?” Makan’s voice was almost gentle now. “The Ruins take everything. I can give you something back. Let them run to their dust and hunger. You belong here.” Tunde’s chest rose and fell like he was drowning. His fists clenched, but he didn’t move. Not yet. ………. Citadel, Maintenance Sector The corridor Samuel barreled down twisted through the Citadel’s underworks, all pipes, dim mag-lamps, and steam vents hissing from the walls. Abigail struggled against his grip, but his pace didn’t slow.

Cicero started biting and kicking as best he could when they grabbed hold of him, but being tied up, he wasn’t able to do much but squirm like a little pig while being carried off. “You might be fast, little one, but you lack the skill,” the silver knight says before signaling his men to take them away. All of them got caught, though they laid waste on the enemy camp. They did not expect the empire to have binding magic and traps that were strong enough to withstand their forbidden power, rendering it useless.

“Tuhin, Alexander, Pallatos, Verna, and Shinou were the greatest mages of all times. They are called the Ancients because they were believed to possess endless power. So much so that even after death, they rose after every thousand years to gain the power they’d lost, so that one day they can walk the Earth again. But rumour has it that each time they wake, even though their power increases, their physical bodies disintegrate little by little. To address that problem, a human is chosen, especially one who is a descendant of the Ancient awakening. These humans are called vessels. The Ancient then possesses the body of a shifter and injects its venom into the vessel to turn them. Once the tran

“Not much.” “What do you mean by ‘not much’? You’re not even carrying any magical weapons.” The guy rolls his eyes and takes a note on his sheet of paper. “I will let you join, but are you really sure? It will be a crazy competition,” he warns. “You know how popular the Lycan king is. Most female mages want to be the new Luna.” I nod, perfectly knowing how popular Gideon is. He is so popular, in fact, that he will cheat on a wife who’s done nothing but to love and serve him.

After a moment, a flood of other servants burst out of the stairs, in a wild frenzied flight of terrified people. “Enough!” it was the woman mage. “Enough.” Rivyn said nothing, but the building ceased trembling. I drew my song to a close and the room stilled. Mages picked themselves up from the floor. I could hear their moans and groans, and their heavy breathing as if they had all run hard in pursuit of us. Rivyn, by comparison, was unflustered. It had been nothing to him to hold off the attack of two hundred or more mages and almost bring their building down around their ears.

He rat. "How? Just because you don't settle well with him doesn't make him my enemy. I am allowed to get involved with" He cut me off. "You are most certainly not." "What is your problem? I thought you were different from the others. I am well aware that your siblings aren't really welcoming of the idea of me and Sage, but for God's sake, won't you at least let me be?" I breathed out in frustration. "Lyra You don't get it, do you? You're Sage's Luna now. Being a Mickleson means any enemy of ours remains your enemy."

Jokil approached Froster and offered a cigar, he declined. “Your quarry, is she a Battle Mage? he asked, tactfully blowing away the cigar smoke away from Froster. “Correct, she is a Battle Mage. Voltiir as well.” “This must be part of that new initiative, you think so?” Mangani Apemen had forejaws and molar tusks.

As a result, mages have to stabilize their mana pools every now and then to keep them stable. Several mages had collapsed unconscious as a result of using their skills too often, and many more knights were injured by monsters. Also, medics were having trouble healing everyone. 'Yes, squad leader, I have now stabilized my mana' After looking at Reus, Zico laughed before closing his eyes and did not continue. After a while, Zico said, "I've got some good news for everyone here.". Is that right?!" A few words were all that was needed to catch the attention of the nearby soldiers.

"Mages are a force to be reckoned with as is. I can’t even begin to imagine how much more powerful dark mages are than them." "We’ll have to recruit mages to our cause." Haidan said, slowly taking charge. "That’s the only way we are going to be able to take them on." I opened my mouth to speak and then closed it. This was all too much to take in. All my life, I never once saw any creature from the inbetween, which is saying something since I was practically raised in the military. How the fuck was it even possible that this was happening now out of nowhere?

"I am Alpha Ezekiel, this is the Bloodhound pack. And you are a rouge in my house, surrounded by my warriors, and my pack of 1500 men. You're not the one with the power here, I am. So when I ask a question I except it answered. Now. Who. Are. You?" I clenched my jaw in frustration, he was right. I had no power. No choice. He could do anything to me right now. And I wouldn't have any help or any way to stop him. I nearly reached at the thought. I was fucked. Royally. With that in mind I responded to his question; "Cecil." "And where did you came from? Are there any more like you?" He fired the questions in quick succession. "The East Coast, I travel alone and have not come across another fema
