Mrs Abraham said bitterly and handed over Cecilia's diary to Nathaniel Dave. Usually my fantasies about the war ending climaxed with me ripping the still-beating heart out of the white-haired fucker. Cillian swore I would get that privilege. Now I just want it to end. He hated lies and deceit. I dragged my feet on the floor and after a few minutes, I realized I was heading into the forest , I felt like I was walking on thin ice ,between two dangerous alphas. One wrong move, and I would fall to my death. I knew I had to be careful, but I also knew that I couldn't keep this up for much longer. My charade would come crashing to the ground if Fenrir gets to know that I am not some rejected wolf but the daughter of an alpha sent to spy on him.

“I want Cecilia back. And I want Ethan Bright ruined. Make it happen.” The war had entered its most dangerous phase yet.
