It was like the forest itself had come alive with a terrible goal. One of Gorven’s men, a hunter, peeked through a crack. “I don’t see anything,” he whispered. “Just… moving shadows.” Then he screamed, a raw cry of pure fear and terror. He stumbled back, clawing at his own eyes. “The shadows! They’re in my head!” Before anyone could react, the shadows in the corner of the chapel twisted. They pulled away from the wall, shaping into a tall, thin figure with too many twisted limbs. It had no face, just a smooth, pale surface.

Around me, the image seemed to flicker with gray tones, devoid of color or life. The environment unfolded like a labyrinth, where shadow creatures took on the forms of familiar beings, whispering my deepest fears. Some emanated anger, while others sought to degrade me even further. As part of this ominous scenario, I witnessed one of the creatures, assuming the form of the elder Conan, take Harvey's life with a possessive smile. I shuddered, feeling the painful tightness in my heart.

Who was going to attack me on my own turf? If they did, they'd face retaliation from the dungeon itself! The entire way there, no one saw a single soul, and we only started seeing signs of life when we came closer to the village. When we saw the villagers, however, Anna couldn't help but screech, "These aren't villagers, they're all monsters!" In the past, the villagers in my dungeon did look like humans through and through. However, as a result, they didn't seem scary at all, and didn't feel comfortable with human skin, either.

They emerge from a hole in the ground, a dark and menacing opening that seems to be the very gate to the underworld. The Drider, an equally terrifying entity, accompanies them. Its appearance is a grotesque blend of spider and humanoid, with a body covered in dark hair and long, sharp legs that creak with every movement. Its eyes, a bloody red, reflect pure malice and an insatiable thirst for power. Together, Drider and the Skinning of the mind are the embodiment of horror, a sight that could chill the bravest of souls to the bone.

The battle was about to begin. From the shadows, they emerged – creatures born of nightmare, twisted parodies of nature itself. They were grotesque, their bodies a horrifying fusion of flesh and shadow, their movements jerky and unnatural. Some were vaguely humanoid, their limbs elongated and twisted, their skin a sickly, pallid green. Others were more monstrous, hulking behemoths with razor-sharp claws and teeth that dripped with a viscous, black ichor. They were the remnants of the ancient entity’s corruption, its failed creations, driven by a mindless rage and a thirst for destruction.

I hurried over and tapped the man. "Hey, are you okay?" My hand touched his back, and I froze. A chill ran through me. I turned him over. Every muscle in me locked up. It was the guy from 603. He had multiple stab wounds to the chest, blood soaking his clothes and the mattress beneath him. I nearly collapsed to the floor. What the hell was going on? "Are you out of your fucking mind?" A furious shout rang out from downstairs. It was Jacob. Worried he might run into the killer somewhere in the building, I pushed open the stairwell door and hurried downstairs. In the darkness, my foot struck something, and I nearly tumbled down the stairs.

the voice wheezed, the sound of sandpaper on bone. The closet door swung wide, not pushed by a hand, but kicked open with a violent force that sent the wood splintering against the wall. The man stepped out. He was tall, gaunt, and dressed in rags that smelled of wet earth and ancient decay. His eyes were milky, sightless, yet they locked onto mine with a terrifying, supernatural precision. I didn't run. I couldn't. I was paralyzed, anchored to the floor as he took a step forward, his movements jerky and wrong, like a puppet on tangled strings.

The red-clad female ghost had once slaughtered an entire room of players in three seconds, then hung their corpses upside down from tree branches with red silk, creating a forest of dangling bodies. The Scissorhands monster had skewered more than a dozen people together, stirring their organs with his blades until they dissolved into a pile of flesh. As for the warden, he locked each team inside separate rooms and released over a dozen ghosts among them, forcing them to betray one another in desperate attempts to survive.
