Departure The sky was dark gray as clouds filled and covered its blue. The air was thick with anticipation. Warriors, witches, warlocks, dragons, and vampires stood ready, each in their designated positions. Felan stood at the center, her heart steady, her mind clear. Skylar gave her a nod. “Projection spell is ready. As soon as you speak, they’ll hear it.”

Ethan’s P.O.V The night sky was pitch-black, heavy clouds looming overhead like a bad omen. Ethan stood at the edge of the forest, his sharp gaze scanning the terrain ahead. Beside him were his Warriors—fearless men and women who’d follow him to hell and back. They all knew tonight's mission was a gamble, but their loyalty to Ethan, their leader, outweighed the fear creeping up their spines. “We hit ‘em head-on. No mercy,” Ethan's voice rang out, solid as steel. The Warriors responded with synchronized nods, ready to roll.

It is completely free, and your warriors have my permission to keep everyone away from there.” Carter tells us. “Thank you, Alpha,” I say and smile.

THE CLEAR SKY We breached the surface of the Atlantic. Kai threw the hatch open. I climbed out onto the deck of the sub. The air was sweet. Clean. I looked up. The purple haze was gone. The sky was a brilliant, impossible blue. The sun was shining with a clarity I hadn't seen in six years. The Architect was burned out of the heavens. I looked down into the open hatch, where Silas was checking Leo’s vitals. "He's alive," Silas called up. "He's exhausted. He's empty. But he's alive."

Kartika is also ready with Cakra standby on her, so is Herman who aims all of his fingers to the five. “Who are you?” Alfi asked firmly. “We are Sky Bandit.” The one stands before Alfi said. “We are going to take everything in this sky!” He added. “So you guys like factory smog and bird”s dropping eh?” Alfi asked calmly. “Of course not, you moron!” He exclaimed irritated. “Whatever, so you're their leader eh?” Alfi asked.

As we descended into the subterranean colosseum, the noise became overwhelming. Two thousand warriors filled the stone tiers of the cavern. These were the Shadow Warriors—the battle-scarred outcasts of the Dead Woods. They were alphas, betas, and omegas who had been rejected by their birth packs, criminals who had survived the brutal winter wilderness, and veterans of forgotten border wars. They didn't wear uniforms; they wore heavy furs, iron chains, and leather straps over bodies covered in jagged claw scars. They were savage, and radiated a volatile pressure.

Maya spit these last words, and the crowd roared, some laughing, some howling with rage. Sasha said nothing. She stood there, fists clenched, her eyes darkening. “You will not disrespect our union.” Her voice was a menacing growl, though a poor imitation of an Alpha. “Don’t ever forget your place, Rogue.” The Warriors laughed. Encouraged by their support, Sasha pointed at the pair of them. “Warriors! Do not let a pair of filthy Rogues disrespect your Alpha and his TRUE Luna!” The Warriors, their anger reignited, surged forward once more. They yanked Maya over the railing, and she was lost in the crowd. All I could hear were her screams of terror.

Just then, my phone buzzed with a call from my leader. "Marvin, the chopper's landed at the hospital for your granddad. Where are you? I'll send someone to get you."

The night air outside was cool and crisp, stars scattered across the inky sky. When they arrived, the bonfire was already in full swing. Flames crackled and danced in the middle of the clearing, casting golden light across the crowd of laughing teenagers. Some stood in circles roasting marshmallows on sticks; others sat on logs, chatting over drinks. Music pulsed from a portable speaker nearby, blending with the sound of waves crashing against the distant shore. Ava pulled the car over and turned off the engine. The girls stepped out, instantly hit by the warmth of the fire.

Scrolling through the other messages, I finally found a peaceful spot. Lorne: [Good morning, Chloe. I'm coming to pick you up. Don't forget sunscreen today. The sun is really strong.] I: [Got it.] Feeling bored, I clicked into his private page and scrolled through his posts until I came across an invitation, with the caption: [Here we go.] I sat up straight, staring at the invitation.
