The next second, a clone split out of Buck. The two Bucks came charging at Wilbur from two different directions. Wilbur made up his mind in a split second, charging at the Buck on the right.

Dad took a step back. He spit out a wad of blood before he looked at dad. “Does the name suckit mean anything to you?” Clint tossed his head back and laughed before he looked over at me. “Aw, Ms. Tatum. My favorite mechanic.” Dad stepped into his view of me. “Why did you go to her shop?” “She’s the best.” Clint’s voice was full of humor. My eyes scanned the room. The usual tools were against the wall. Cade and Maddox were staring at Clint. However, it was Black that made me pause. There was an unusual anger as his wolf was threatening to come out. She may be an amazona sometimes but I am lucky to have her,” Clint retorted and they both laughed at me.

Xavier and Serena simultaneously turned to look. Clint stood in the doorway, dressed in a black suit, staring with a stern expression at their still-clasped hands. Serena instinctively pulled her hand back, but Xavier held it tightly. Turning around, he put on a casual smile, saying nonchalantly, "Oh, what strange wind has brought Mr. Beckett here?!" Clint pressed his lips together, his eyes fixed on Serena’s face. He didn’t respond to Xavier’s words, but instead stepped closer, asking as he approached, "Do you feel unwell anywhere?!"
