Bernice informed her. Her eyes darted in confusion, she looked to the big antique clock in the living room, just under the number of six, there was a tiny box indicating date for today. "What was today's date in our world before you came?" She asked. "Today's date is the 7th of May 2024," Bernice answered. Candice peered at the clock, it read the 3rd of March,2024. Something was not right. The earth plane's time and this plane's time did not tally. Time seemed to move slower here than her world. The days seemed normal, the clock making its trip around 24hrs. However, they were not orbiting in the same timeframe as the Earth.

The clock was specially crafted to be driven solely by the enhancement of dimensional time. The clock hand would remain perfectly still with the same flow of dimensional time as the outside world, not moving a single inch. The first contestant emerged from the cubic space completely exhausted. Sweat poured down his face. He could not help but collapse to the ground the moment he stepped out. Then, the second contestant entered the cubic space. He moved the clock hand with his mind, and it moved forward three-quarters of a notch. However, it only retreated by one-quarter of a notch.

“Their thoughts aren’t.” James looked back toward the key. “It’s creating something.” “A window.” ⸻ The apartment suddenly felt unnaturally still. No humming refrigerator. No traffic. No wind. Only their breathing. Then… The grandfather clock in the hallway downstairs struck. One. Two. Three. Four. Each chime echoed longer than it should have. Purple Lighting was storming all along the entire planet as day was replaced by night and vice versa. As the crackle of thunder was distant, it was still just a soft constant rumble, that shook the ground faintly but strongly. With enough 'oomph' to penetrate the core of this planet that was under construction by little flying orbs of different colors. They had 'Spatial Inventories' and a Processor to be able to use materials in many different ways. These little guys, surprisingly enough, are the work and constructed under the little girl taking a nap on the surface of the mountain.

Maybe Trevor Lane or Lucas Grant is simply deploying a stupid prank against my alpha status. My fingers drop the stone back onto the table, and my hand yanks the infusion needle violently out of my flesh, intending to stand up and locate a pack member to interrogate.
