Frozen Revenge

Frozen Revenge

The warehouse on Industrial Boulevard had been abandoned for three years. Broken windows, graffiti, a roof that leaked in seventeen places. The real estate agent apologized walking Maya through it. "The bones are solid," the agent said, sidestepping a puddle. "Built in 1952, reinforced concrete. The basement is particularly impressive—used to be cold storage." Maya stared at the massive basement. Concrete walls two feet thick. Underground. Large enough for fifty people and six months of supplies.

COLD COMMAND- The Secret Son

COLD COMMAND- The Secret Son

Not from the doorway, from one of the ancient skeletons. Grayson turned sharply. A rusted gauntlet... Slowly... Curled into a fist. A dry crack echoed through the chamber. Nobody breathed. Grayson's sword came up instantly. Savannah stepped in front of Noah without thinking. The Ashborn formed a protective ring around them while the Guardian rose from its kneeling position. Its lips peeled back, revealing enormous fangs. The skeletal hand trembled once. Then, It fell apart. The ancient bones collapsed into gray dust that scattered across the stone floor. Silence returned.

Just an omega: The Lycan's mate.

Just an omega: The Lycan's mate.

"They never sell out one of their own.” Marcus stared at the corpse. His blood ran cold with realization. Bone Eaters didn't wander alone. If they found one... "Spread out," Marcus ordered, voice tight. "Search every shadow. They should be nearby.” The scouts moved like ghosts through the mountains It didn't take long. Behind a gigantic mountain, the ground sloped downward. The stench grew stronger. And there, half-hidden by rocks...and what he saw made his blood boil. Bone Eaters crouched in their filthy camp, their gray, skeletal forms were disgusting to see. Some of them sharpened crude weapons from human bones. Others simply... existed, their black eyes empty and hungry.

The Full Moon Murders

The Full Moon Murders

The cold hit harder here. Not the kind that numbed you—this was the kind that cut, slid beneath the skin, and settled in the bones. Snow stretched endlessly in every direction, broken only by jagged ice ridges and the skeletal remains of old research stations long abandoned to the frost.

Pregnant For The Enemy Alpha

Pregnant For The Enemy Alpha

Another soldier, older, added hoarsely, “It didn’t last long. They screamed once, maybe twice. And then they… dried out. There was no blood, no flesh. Just bones left behind, like something had hollowed them out from the inside.” The words sank into me, cold and heavy. I looked down again at the bones. There was no blood on the floor. No stench of rot. It was just as though the bones adn clothes had been brought her as it was instead of the two alive men who were brought here for an investigation. My anger flared, sharp and immediate, but underneath it was something I rarely allowed myself to feel. Dread. This wasn’t the work of a knife or poison. This wasn’t even cruelty in the way I unders

His Cold CEO

His Cold CEO

Chapter Twenty-Seven: You Don't Touch What's Mine POV: Elias Voss The late morning sun gilded the city skyline outside Elias Voss’s office window, transforming steel and glass into a river of molten gold. It was a view he’d commanded for years, a symbol of dominion hard-won and fiercely guarded. Today, its beauty was lost on him. He stood motionless, a silhouette etched against the brilliance, his gaze fixed on a point far beyond the gleaming towers. His jaw was a hard line, clenched tight enough to ache. His mind, usually a whirlwind of strategy and calculation, was unnervingly still, honed to a razor’s edge. And beneath the controlled exterior, deep in his marrow, a familiar, glacial chill

Giving Me the Cold Shoulder? The Grave Is Even Colder

Giving Me the Cold Shoulder? The Grave Is Even Colder

Then, I took out a bottle of wolfsbane I had prepared beforehand. Without a flicker of hesitation, I opened it and downed the entire bottle. The poison would take a little while to kick in. I lay down on the couch, waiting calmly for death to come. Just then, the doorbell rang. Standing outside were Samson and Leia. His expression was dark, while Leia was red-eyed and tearful. "Sharon, how long are you going to keep this up?" Samson snapped. He stepped inside, and under the light, his expression changed when he saw my pale face. "What's wrong with you? Why do you look so sick?"

A Different Kind of Alpha: Blood Oath

A Different Kind of Alpha: Blood Oath

Kieran The cold is a living thing. It’s not the civilized, dry cold of Silvercrest’s high stone towers. This is a wet, vicious, creeping cold that sinks into your bones, finds every seam in your armor, and stays there. The sun is a watery, copper smear in the sky, already dying behind the jagged peaks, and it’s taking all the warmth in the world with it. My companions are miserable. I can smell it on them. A sour, unhappy tang under the scent of sweat and horse.

I feel like the story was drawn out and slow at some points, but overall it was good. I love Kieran and Alexei as a couple and how they interacted with the other characters. The only thing I would change is having them switch occasionally in the bedroom since Kieran is an alpha too.
Audrey

Under the Blue Cold Moon

Under the Blue Cold Moon

I closed my eyes and inhaled deeply, letting the air fill my lungs while I assessed my body and heart. It was only the morning of my birthday, and I knew my gifts wouldn’t manifest until tonight under the bright moon. The fact that it was a Blue moon made my insides tingle. Blue moons in and of themselves were rare. Mix it with the Cold full moon of December, which was always special to witches, made this an extraordinary night. Or, so I hoped. The Cold Moon marked the earth’s slumber and going inward for transformation. I knew my birthday falling on this day meant something significant. Despite the nightmare I had just woke up from, I smiled and ran downstairs after getting dressed. I grabb
