She performed another spell to make his bones crack. Indeed his bones started breaking within his body. The ugly pain started from his leg ankles up through his knee and then upward to his hips and ribs. It was painful,a pain he swore he's never experienced in his life. But he wouldn't succumb,he won't show it. He would fight through this pain for his family,for the people that depended on him,for the world. He won't give up!,he must prove to the world he isn't a monster!. Eve gasped with her eyes exclaiming as Nicodemus inched closer. His bones were rearranging just as it was breaking. She growled before breathing out fire to his body.

"When Metallic Bins and Thunder Monster told me about you, I didn’t buy it. However, it turns out someone like you really does exist. It seems like you're the human that I'm looking for." Lucas smiled faintly. "Metallic Bone and Thunder Monster, the two whom you’ve just mentioned, are already dead. Your turn is next." Bryson did not wear an astonished look on his face. He knew that since Lucas was able to control such high-ranked zombies, it would be a piece of cake for him to finish off Metallic Bone and Thunder Monster.

*** Ricky Ricky grunted. He rose up from the bushes after being thrown away by the skeleton. He grunted, while trying to stabilize his breath and to also hold the sharp pain coming from his ribs. Rather than backing away because his ribs were obviously broken, Ricky again assumed his fighting stance as he treaded carefully towards the skeletons. Slowly, a golden aura engulfed his fists, and with that, he landed another critical hit on one of the skeleton soldiers and it perished without any hint of regeneration.

My voice came out more like a growl than concern. Her head tilted toward me, and I caught the flicker of her smirk. “And leave you to bleed out without me?” she rasped. “Not a chance.” I wanted to argue, but I didn’t. Not when her stubbornness was the only thing keeping me upright. The battlefield around us groaned with corpses, some still twitching in half-life. The Bone Seer had unleashed creatures that should never crawl on soil again, and we cut through them, but not without cost. Sabine’s body was still warm in my memory, her eyes wide as the Seer drained her. I could still smell the copper flood of her death on my hands.

My body had never been cremated. The excavation workers, afraid of taking responsibility, secretly reported it to the police. That unintentional act became my greatest stroke of luck. When the forensic pathologist cut open my body, everyone gasped in shock— Sealed in cement, my corpse had been preserved, delaying decomposition. Though the skin had decayed, the muscles and bones remained intact. But almost all my blood had been drained. My body was so emaciated it was barely human, and even the bone marrow bore repeated puncture marks…

He scoffed. "Well, you promised and I got my grandpa killed. I've never met him, do you know what it feels like, huh?" I yelled in annoyance. The whole move and the divorce were taking a toll on me, plus—I had to get enrolled in a new school and make friends. There was just so much I could take. "I don't know what it feels like, but I do know the patient dog eats the fattest bone," He smirked in victory. That wasn't a cool ending.

Ravi didn't care about their past, but such disrespect was unacceptable. Thunderous laughter erupted from Adrian. He advanced closer to Ravi, who refused to divert his gaze from the intense eyes of the silver-haired man. Adrian's wings spread wide, failing to intimidate Ravi into fear. Instead, Ravi stepped forward and growled, "You better do what you want soon; I'm truly disgusted by looking at you."

It burns them when they come in contact with it and silver wounds heal very very slowly. “You still won’t speak?” Ruda asked them both but one of them was pretty much unconscious while the blondie was still keeping up. “You’re as cruel as your father.” The blondie spoke. “Am I now?” Ruda replied. He was unfazed by his words. “You even look just like him.” The blondie gave him a nasty gaze and Ruda slapped it off of him. “Why did you try to kill Yohan?” He demanded an answer, “What do you get from it?”

“In a few hours.” The call disconnected, and now it was just Wolf and Bones staring at each other warily across a concrete cell. That was when Wolf started to actually take the other man in, started to notice things that had escaped him when he was full-on shocked and in defensive mode. Bones was getting up there in years, Wolf knew, though he wasn’t totally sure how old the man was… maybe pushing sixty? Maybe a bit more? Wolf had heard the lore about Bones’ skills and kills with toxins for decades now, and the man had surely perfected his style over time, through trial and error, and practicing it over and over again. As for Frank, he had already figured out that those skeletons had deadly poison from the School of Venom, or perhaps it was the snake venom from that snake. However, he did not understand what was going on. Kiran walked up to the bones and kicked them with his foot. He even kicked over one of the freshly deceased, surprised to see the person's back already rotting while the bones remained intact.
