LILY’S POV The hospital halls were busy with people going about their morning business, but I felt like I was walking through fog. Last day was still fresh in my mind. Isaac, no-Cobra, showed me a side of him I didn't know he had. A picture of him standing over the dead body of the man he killed, gun in hand, kept coming back to me. I saw it again every time I closed my eyes. And his words kept going through my mind: Monster.

Cole asked, looking over his shoulder at Isabelle that was plastered to his back. “Yes,” Isabelle replied, sounding breathless. “Jason?!” Cole called out. “I’m good!” Jason answered. “We are exposed here,” Cole said, silently cursing. “It is still the best height though, makes it easier to get ‘em crafts,” Jason replied. “Are you guys okay?” Xavier asked. “That's one hell of a way to start a fight,” Xavier said chuckling. “Aww… that little thing?
