Comanche Moon Kindle Novels & Stories

" Under the cloak of night, the children and I followed Ethan onto a private jet. Our journey led us to a secluded canyon nestled in the Northwood mountains, known as Silver Moon Valley. Apprehension filled me as the cabin door opened. Being human, I feared rejection from the wolfkins. To my surprise, the door revealed a welcoming committee, arms laden with flowers. A venerable woman with silver locks, the clan's esteemed healer, approached and tenderly examined the children. "Praise be to the Moon Goddess. We are graced with the healthiest pups in a century," she said. Joyous cheers erupted as the clan showered me with gifts. Ethan, with a comforting arm around me, whispered, "Our people ho

Amber nodded just before a contraction rippled through her. As the moon rose to its peak, the Lunas began to push. Amber was the first to birth to her child, which I expected. He was a healthy boy with blonde hair and blue eyes. I passed the boy to Alpha Damien to clean him up as I turned my focus to Michelle. The moon reached its peak as the female was born. I called to Selene and the moon turned blue before she descended to earth. We clasped hands and began the incantation to seal her powers. The wind picked up as we finished the spell. She turned to her beloved creatures and smiled, then faded and returned to the moon. I quickly put the blinding spell on the female and watched as they cra

“A wolf.” Heavy breaths escaped from Kamari as she looked towards the moon, the unexpected moon. According to the weather, the next full moon was supposed to be seen next week, which etched a frown on her face. But her sudden confusion with the moon was suddenly interrupted by the sound of her door opening.

The next evening, I went to the Ravenwood night market alone. The downtown street outside the packhouse had been closed for the full-moon fair. Food trucks lined both sides of the road, neon signs glowed in storefront windows, and young wolves gathered around the training square where blue moonfire burned in metal drums. Moonfire was a ceremonial flame made from silver-pine resin and moon oil. It burned bright and beautiful, hot enough to scar if someone got careless, but it wouldn’t kill a wolf the way wolfsbane would. In our pack, an Alpha danced through the moonfire before choosing his Luna. It was old-fashioned, a little reckless, and ridiculously romantic. In my last life, Kyle had lear

Three weeks ago. The night of the blood moon. I ran alone through the high passes, heavy with young—nine moons along, the pup quickening with every step. The trail gave way. I tumbled, striking stone and ice, wedged in a crevice where the cold would finish what gravity began. I sent my call through the spirit-web to the healers. Needed the Alpha's permission to cut the pup from my dying flesh. Ninety-nine summons. Silence. The hundredth time, the bond stirred.

The Blood Moon loomed overhead, casting an eerie glow over the land. Its light seemed to pulse with the weight of ancient power, the sky painted in crimson and gold as the stars disappeared beneath its shadow. Raynor stood at the edge of the Frostfang Peaks, looking out over the vast expanse of the land. The clans were scattered, divided, broken by years of bloodshed and war, but he knew—this was the moment they would either be healed or destroyed.

I bend down to whisper in her ear, “You will do great Jamari. You are the Wolf Queen. It is time that they know that.” She nods her head, pulling her hands from mine and Levis as we take a step back to give her space. The clouds part up above as the Blood Moon is revealed. Jamari’s body becomes bathed in moonlight, her body glowing from the moon’s touch. Power ripples through the air causing the hairs to lift on my arms, murmurs all around us let me know that the others present feel it as well.

Lynx scrambled away, still laughing even as Nathaniel chased him through the underbrush, sparks flying from his fingertips. Lalaine shook her head, a small smile playing on her lips. "The grown-ups are more childish than the orphans," she whispered to the girls, leading them back toward the nun to show off their braided hair. ---- Meanwhile, the library was a tomb of silence. To Stella, it felt like an orphanage for old, forgotten books. She wandered the aisles until a spine on the highest shelf caught her eye. She climbed the rolling wooden ladder, her fingers trembling as she pulled the volume out. "The Moon Princess" was embossed on the cover. There was no author listed. She flipped it op

We turn at the same time to see Luka stepping out from the forest, his gold-tinted curls blowing about his face, his brown eyes wide with wonder at the sight of the river. He walks past, still not seeing us. Darius and I look at each other, then scramble up to follow him. Luka stops at the top of the river embankment. He passes his hand over his eyes. When he drops his hand again, he opens his eyes and they are a milky grey colour. The glow disappears from the sky and in the darkness a full moon rises. Not just any moon. I recognize this moon. So pale, so clear, it appears as if behind a layer of ice. The first full moon of the new year. The Wolf Moon.

She could feel the fire within her roaring as she flew closer and closer to the moon, and once she stood before it, she could feel herself being flooded with the chaotic power that she sought. “It is you. You are my Boon Season. The full moon.” Kylie mumbled, her words causing a massive reaction within the vast expanse. Under her astonished gaze a strong howl resounded from the depths of her heart, and she felt herself giving in to the chaos within. The image of a wolf appeared behind her, and it howled towards the moon with as much courage and dignity as a king would. A strange symbol marked its forehead, and its eyes shared the same silver sheen that the moon possessed. With a loud growl t
