Gerard’s brows furrowed, but after exhaling, he relaxed them. “Besides there are a lot of plot holes in what this Dr. Foxen is saying.”
I arched my brow. “Like what?”
Gerard leaned in, folding his hand on the table. “First, the compound he altered, which is why it showed two months instead of one. But I ran the test myself. There were no traces of a new compound.”
“Maybe he added something so small that it didn't leave traces,” I said.
