Talia emerges from the dressing room in a puff of pink tulle, sparkles, and righteous indignation. “I look like a cupcake,” she declares. “You look like a weaponized cupcake,” Rob says proudly. The outfit also came with red-and-white striped thigh-highs. Plus, of course, the pink satin sash reading “TREAT.”

I nod, not understanding why she'd want a costume party, most people would want a hot celebrity kind of party but Belle desires a halloween party, sweet.
