She takes me into a dreamy spacious room. The room is well-ventilated. Everything that a one bedroom apartment could fit in is present in the room. It is clean, smells fresh, her jasmine scent still lingers in the room. However, there's one thing that makes my eyes squint; everything around me is red. Curtains, sheets, wall paints, pillows, all of them are red. I'm pretty sure her dresses are red as well, since I have never seen her wear another colour since we met. A vampire indeed. Obviously, she loves the colour of blood.

I ask her, as her eyes are scouting around, looking for someone. She bursts into laughter as she turns to me. “I’m a vampire, obviously.” She raises her hands up, giving me a spin to see her outfit. Two fangs pop out of her mouth, she looks uncomfortable with them on, but I guess it’s part of the costume. She has a black long cape, with a long collar, that’s red in the inside. Her face is so white, like a dead body, but her lips is brightly reddish, with a little trail of blood on the side of her lips.

She was leanned up against a wall when I finally made my move. "Nina?" Her eyes found me before the rest of her head did. Her pale green eyes watched me cautiously. Her black hair was in waves that flowed down her back, and moved with her body. The streak of white fell over her right eye, jumping out against her olive skin and pale eyes. She wore an all black silk dress that showed her curves generously. On her left side, there was a long slit that ran up to high thigh, underneath she wore sheer, burgundy stocking. Her heels were black, chunky and platformed that wrapped around her ankle. She also wore these really pretty burgundy fabric gloves that had intricate designs on them. Her makeup

Mia's POV The next night, I felt my stomach hurting again as I tried to contain my laughter. "Sol, what on earth are you wearing?" I watched as the pure-blooded vampire before me rose his hands at either side of him and turned around twice to show off his very human, very ugly outfit. "I wanted to look more human for you," he told me. "It's in fashion." "While I think the gesture is gorgeously sweet, it most certainly is not fashion." I shot him down immediately.

I leaned in closer to him, making sure my eyes were fixed on his and I saw his aura changing from frightened to curious in an instant. “You will remain calm during our journey and know that your future awaits,” I said in a low and even tone. His body relaxed as he wiped the tears that stained his face with the back of his hand and pulled himself to his feet. I stood as well. He was a bit shorter than me, but I could tell he worked out and he had a good head on his shoulders. I was used to seeing people naked, typically when they are attacked by a vampire, their clothes are ripped off during the change. Maximus’s POV Red Day has arrived, and I could tell that Rose is beyond excited. She really went all out with her vampire costume, fake blood and all. I watched her get excitedly ready in her bedroom mirror. Her outfit was comprised of a black corset, long black skirt, stilettos and finished off with a cape. “How do I look?” She turned around in a circle and asked me. “You’re the sexiest vampire I’ve ever laid eyes on.” I told her truthfully.

While she was looking for answers to her questions, something caught her eye. "A black cape? Long-sleeved white shirt? And a red bow?” Cyrille's eyes begin to widen. "This is how a vampire dresses in classic Dracula films!" she exclaimed. “Oh my—” She couldn't finish her words and immediately covered her mouth to keep from shouting. She was overjoyed with the mixed emotions she was experiencing at the time, and she couldn't believe that after days of fruitless hunting, she'd have the good fortune to meet a vampire.

Diana defended. "Dolphy?" She called out when he didn't respond. Diana turned to see him gawking at Lacey like he had seen something shiny. Amused, she picked up her bags and walked to the bathroom, leaving the love birds alone before she witnessed something disgusting. In the bathroom, she pulled out a red sequined dress, golden heels and a golden clutch, and placed them on top of the lower counter. She stared at the three items with a frown on her face. Red was the ceremonial royal werewolf colour. No one but royals would wear red at an event like this.

Even with the hollowness of their cheeks and the lack of vitality in their faces, these women from varying nations could easily be considered sensuous beauties. Black candles were lit all around the perimeter of the room. Their flickering flames cast shadows that added to the eeriness of the occasion. Stevenson mingled freely amongst the vampires in the room. He was dressed in his finest eighteenth century attire that he’d had made specifically for occasions when he received an invitation from Wadim.

She wore a simple green dress with a heart shaped neckline. The one next to her had black curly hair, brown eyes. She wore a champagne colored dress. It was more like a business dress than a party dress. She also wore black framed glasses that made her look professional, but she seemed out of place with the others. The last vampire seemed quiet. Her hair was brown with blonde highlights that reached her mid-back. It would be longer if it were straight, but tonight it was wavy. She wore a black simple dress that had no neckline. It reached to her ankles. She did not seem to finding the ordeal interesting at all.
