Crescent Moon Tattoo Wrist Novels & Stories

“A mark. Describe it, Kael, describe the exact symbol you saw on the human’s skin and tell me where it sits.” I leaned against the desk and crossed my arms over my chest. I kept my voice low so no one could hear through the thick walls. “It’s on her back, between her shoulder blades. It’s a crescent moon shape. A small one, the crescent moon has small dots around the edge, like tiny stars arranged in a circle around the moon.”

Then she saw it. On the inside of her wrist, where he had pressed his mouth last night, a mark gleamed faintly in the morning light. Not a bruise, nor a bite—something stranger. A symbol inked beneath her skin, glowing faintly gold before dimming as her gaze lingered on it. It looked like curling vines, entwined into the shape of a crescent moon. Her stomach lurched. “What… is this?” she whispered to herself, pressing her fingers against it. It was warm. It pulsed faintly, in rhythm with her heartbeat.

Three trembling fingertips pressed firmly into my right temple, attempting to suppress the dull, rhythmic throb pulsing behind my eyes. The leftover warmth of last night’s whiskey with Niall and Lora lingered in my blood, leaving a heavy fog in my mind. On the sleek digital display before me, a gallery of jewelry concepts shimmered. My eyes hovered over a sketch that drew me in—a pendant featuring a delicate, silver-dusted evergreen enclosed within the slender arc of a crescent moon.

She had been working on it. But there was one thing she knew. Every member carried a unique tattoo in the middle of their back. Mother had drawn it beneath the note. A black crescent moon split through the center by a thin blade. Around it were four small lines, like the points of a broken compass. At the bottom of the blade, she had drawn a tiny drop of blood.

There's no time for surrender - not when I have plans to make, a future to secure beyond these walls. My hands shake as I retrieve my worn leather knapsack and begin packing my few possessions. Changes of clothing, toiletries, the compass that once belonged to my father - I select only what is utilitarian or holds sentimental value. When I unzip the inner pocket of my bag, my fingers brush cool metal - the necklace Elijah gifted me on my first moon ceremony with the pack. My breath catches as I lift the delicate silver crescent moon pendant, memories threatening to overwhelm me.

I had a folder with all the entries for the tattoo ideas in it. "My favorites are these three." I mind-linked. She took out the top three and looked at them. The first one was a crescent moon with a swirling cloud thing behind it. The description was that we were called shadow pack, so it would make sense that we had a shadow of the moon to represent us. She then looked at the next one. It was two hands that looked to be made from shadows reaching for one another. Then she came to the last one.

When her eyes began to look right at the side of her neck where previously on there were two small dots of marks given by Arther there, right now it had turned into a blackish red tattoo on there right now. Kylie drew herself to get more closer to the mirror to be able to see more clearly about how the shape of the tattoo that is right now on her neck right now. A crescent moon tattoo that is blackish red. It looks so much pretty on Kylie's neck about. And suddenly Kylie smiled broadly when she saw the tattoo right on her neck right now. Kylie started to raise her right hand there and started to touch the tattoo in a slow motion. And somehow there was a warm feeling from the tattoo when Kyli

Diana sat in the lounge chair, hugging her knees close to her chest. A small, hitching sigh wracked throughout her. She inspected her hand for the thousandth time, peering at those crescent-shaped marks that Hecate's touch had left on her skin. They looked like tiny tattoos, drawn with black lines and resembling little moons. She had one on the inside of her wrist, another on that soft part beneath her thumb, and another right in the middle of her palm.

“I’m here for a tattoo.” He leaned back, arms folding across his broad chest. The motion made the fabric of his shirt strain. “You? A tattoo?” He laughed, low and cruel. “Let me guess. Tiny heart on your wrist? Or maybe a quote about ‘strength’ in some flowery script so everyone knows how deep you are.” I pulled out my phone and showed him the design. “Lower back. Crescent moon with vines. I have the reference.”

he asked her as she sat back down and started drawing. "He said his cousin did it for practice, that was back in September. It had a crescent moon with the tips almost meeting with a small circle connecting them. Here." she held up the notebook of the design. He raised a brow as he examined it, never having seen that design before. "I've never come across this before. It could pass for being a new style of tattoo work or maybe a lighter version of tribal? I apologize, tattoos are not normally my forte. I could ask the King himself, but I think his wife just had the twins."
